Hey Helen. So sorry I was not able to make this myself. Next one for sure. A teacher at school (not my own) asked me what I wanted to do and I said become a journalist and she told me you need too many qualifications for that and not worth pursuing. So, I didn't. I ended up in marketing and ghost writing for magazines - but it was not the first love I wanted. Don't listen to teachers all the time.

I was very touched by what you said about Rob loving you and just wanting you to be happy, and fancying you whatever your size. My dear, kind hubby is the same, which makes me feel so lucky as I know several women whose husbands have told them they will leave them if they gain weight! Imagine that?! If my hubby said that to me I'd be packing his bags and opening the chocolate Hob Nobs! I also agree about diets. I will never diet again, mindfulness and self-acceptance are the way forwards. Really enjoyed watching you get ready! You look extra beautiful in pinks and golds today! Casual AND glam! Agree that staying around home does not inspire one to do the whole makeup thing, but on days when I actually do it, I find myself wanting to head out for an adventure! That whirly gadget was something else, too! Really cuts down on laborious and tedious two-handed bits related to styling. That part always made me not want to bother with a blow dry, but seeing this I am inspired to get a cut that would work with this styling device. At my current longer length, I think I would need emergency services if trying that myself!

Just caught up on replay. I was slim in my 20s and early 30s. I’m now 44, still not able to lose my mummy belly and my daughter is 8 lol 😂. I’m classed as obese too - you don’t look it at all. I’ve dieted a lot - calorie counting - you name it. Every time I go on Facebook there is Keto this, juice cleanse, you name it. You look absolutely lovely and I bet your family are so proud too. When you are on the cruise go to duty free try different one each evening then buy last night , you will see how long it last , look in day wear at night some are not as strong so try them , , ,

I tuned in at the start last evening , but left as we had visitors in house. Now watched the whole thing , so good! Just so you know I DID buy the pants ( one of the few!) for my son in USA. I took them out to him when I visited in November/ December, he tried them on , and yes his wife and I were on the floor laughing 🤣🤣. But, he loves them ! Sorry I missed the live but I've caught up now. You are so down to earth and honest that's its a pleasure to watch your channel. As for weight loss, I look back at photos when I was late teens and early twenties and honestly I must have been a size 10 but can't remember. I thought I was fat then and was always trying to cut down. It annoys me when I think I wasted all that time thinking I looked fat. I don't do diets, it's better just thinking I've had too much today so can't possibly be hungry. Enjoyed the video. X

I tuned in at the start last evening , but left as we had visitors in house. Now watched the whole thing , so good! Just so you know I DID buy the pants ( one of the few!) for my son in USA. I took them out to him when I visited in November/ December, he tried them on , and yes his wife and I were on the floor laughing 🤣🤣. But, he loves them ! I watch the two utubers you mentioned, and agree they can be annoying so I stop tuning in, you Helen, are natural, real and totally relatable, thats your ace, relatability 💕

Hi Helen, just managed to catch your live all be it 21 hours late, never mind. You made me laugh out loud thank you. Don’t know where you get your energy sometimes. I also watch Nell after you mentioned her on a previous podcast. I also went deaf quite young but not as young as Nell. She is a lovely young lady and an inspiration even to an old bird like me. Keep doing what you are doing and enjoying it too. I have watched you from the beginning and consider myself as aHellsBell even though I don’t usually comment. Sorry I missed the live but I've caught up now. You are so down to earth and honest that's its a pleasure to watch your channel. As for weight loss, I look back at photos when I was late teens and early twenties and honestly I must have been a size 10 but can't remember. I thought I was fat then and was always trying to cut down. It annoys me when I think I wasted all that time thinking I looked fat. I don't do diets, it's better just thinking I've had too much today so can't possibly be hungry. Enjoyed the video. X
