Another great film Dickie thank you, the bluebells were fantastic. Well done keeping the bike upright though all that mud and clagg , I look forward to the next film, thank you. 👍👍👍
The Bluebells are special flowers and have been for Centuries. They must have been a welcome sight to the ancient Folk, to see them meant they had survived another cold winter with all it's hardships and hunger and the easier days of summer were ahead. The Offering on the tree could have been left as gift by someone at Ostara. 👍
The wood is lovely all year round..But those bluebells at this time of year are simply stunning…The wood is a very special place and if your ‘tuned in’ so to speak 🙂 you’ll feel the power and ora of the place as soon as you enter it.. Take care 👍
I found this video so relaxing to watch ,your voice is very calming Dickie 😮it chilled me out but at the same time very inspiring to get the cobwebs off my bikes and get out there, keep up the good work 👍
That was so cutup compared to Sandy an your last resent ride through the track. Lovely to see your return.. Aaahhh smell the Bluebells, love the peace of the Long Barrow.. dead quiet.. Weather must be better, I too am seeing more Bikers out of Winter hibernation.. nice Triumph to end with and a Tea.. this had to have been Sandy's turn ta buy...! Hey Ho.. Cheers.
They’d had the 4 wheel drive vehicles along there which made the track quite boggy in places.. Farmers and forestry probably…The place is so tranquil.. Nice black coffee and a slice of cake at the Un-Henged Cafe ….Sandy was off riding his bicycle somewhere 😄👍
@@DickieMintCycles To be expected when a byway gets opened to all vehicles, it's the hope that conditions are normally dry at that time.. but given our weather of late, as of now, 20:23 16/05/24 have had rain all day.. South Staffordshire.. go figure.. count it a joy, less these things come to pass.. Sandy will do anything to get out of his turn.. in honesty he's a good egg. Cheers.
Lovely ride Dickie, beautiful bit of countryside you have to ride around. I like your videos, its always interesting to see different parts of England that you don't see on mainstream media. The fact you give a bit of a history lesson as well is nice for those of us who dont know the area. I wouldn't mind that suzuki either. Cheers from Australia
Gillianthepillion What a great name 😄… Thank-you both for watching.. Try my best with the music..Got to be careful regarding copyright though.. Did get caught out with my Henge vid and had to redo the music at the long barrow scene which is why it stops a bit abruptly..Live and learn 🙂👍
Yeah I could see the conditions were muddy, we manly have grave here in wales. A few of my mates are running Anlas Capra X on their T7s but there probably more suited to rock and gravel than mud. Keen to see how you get on with the Suzuki off road as it’s a big bike like. Like I said a few of my mates have T7s but they are a bit tall for me so maybe the Suzuki would be a good alternative. 🤷
Yeah I did Sweetlamb with Nathan Millward a few years ago and that was mostly shale and rock… Love the DE .. Very capable off road and infinitely more comfortable at road touring than the T7’s… Was originally looking at buying a T7 but then Suzuki launched the DE..
Isn’t it a glorious time of year? Regarding keys, I kept dropping mine but a mate suggested putting them on a lanyard. Off the bike, round your neck. On the bike, loop them around the bars so you don’t drop them down the drain. Simples, and certainly works for me 😁!
Dickie, you look like you may have been a greaser back in the day. If so how do you go from that to looking at bluebells. I think you said you have a Harley Davidson, like to see a video of that bike if possible, thank you sir.
😆 A greaser.. Maybe Paul 😄… I just appreciate nature and our countryside…. Yep , have a few HD’s and I’ll definitely be doing some vid’s on them at some point in the future 👍ATB
As an American I'm confused by this video? So you drive on the left side of the road, and you're going down this dirt road with all these parked cars on the right side of the road? Shouldn't they be parked on the left side? Unless you're in America? ( They're right, not yours).

It needs some better tyres Chris..🙂👍
That was gorgeous lovely to see, and that bike is a great all rounder, thanks for these videos love them!
Thanks Simon 👍
Another great video, Dickie! Thank you for taking me along. Wonderful scenery. Cheers!
Your welcome as always Dan… 👍

No problem Sandy… Just rest up and take it easy for a while ..🙂
Glorious. That sight coupled with the fresh sweet smell is incredible. Lovely weather, but still plenty of mud and puddles....
Tis a beautiful place Bry… Wishing you and Boadie all the best and look after that ol ticker of yours..🙂👍

Nice ride Dickie, nice to see you kept to the pathways through the bluebells mate 👍🏻
Thanks Terry 🙂👍
Nice one Dickie.
Gillianthepillion and I were saying that you always have good music on your blogs.

Wow thanks for sharing your adventures. You did so well riding that road on the Suzuki and on normal tyres. Definitely more suited to the Himalayan !
Hi Colin..Was a bit twitchy on the Suzuki 😄👍
Absolutely love that you took the 800 on some tracks👍 there are very few videos of UK riders taking their Suzuki 800 off tar roads.
Tyres aren’t really up to the really muddy stuff Ian… Will eventually swap them out for more off road suited jobbies..👍

Wonderful woods Dickie, thank you.
Great video, thank you , super relaxed
Dickie you should go cycling with the Wiltshire man he will get you fit.
I’m going to at some point 😄..Sandy and Dave have promised take me along on one of their outings .. Hope they don’t kill me 😄👍
Dickie can you do a review of your v storm 800 DE 👍👍👍
Will do.. Standard road tyres are now more or less knackered so will get some decent Trail tyres on it and have a go 🙂👍

Hi Tommy… 😄 In the UK people park anywhere nowadays and that includes the pavements ( sidewalk )… Thanks for watching 🙂👍
