- The plaintiff met the defendant at a pool tournament, and they started dating. The plaintiff alleges the defendant got upset with him one day and keyed his furniture and stole his DVDs, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant denies the allegations and thinks the plaintiff's friends probably did it.

I'm leaning more towards male/man did that, and yeah as a man myself, guys do stupid crap high, and get into fights, and break and scratch and wwf destroy tables and windows, and when morning comes "Oh dude did I do that, man I'm sorry I'll pay you back bro" and it's all cool bro, and they are buddies again. Women between other Women, don't break any property, and usually seldom never get rid of grudges and they just don't talk anymore, or just catfight it out, and never speak again. I honestly feel you have it reversed, and men usually slash tires, furniture, break windows. I honestly feel Defendant, she is being blamed. idk.

A guy may key a car but he wouldn’t do that to old furniture, smash it maybe but not scratch it it ! Smashing it to pieces and it is know more, scratching it all over it’s still functional but a reminder every day you get up and look at and that’s a woman thing !
@@billmoran3219 I am a guy yes, and to me just looking at those carving marks, I don't see Defendant she being able to physically do that. Like to me that was definitely a man that had strong brute strength and was also probably high idk. If Plaintiff didn't himself admit he had shady homeboys, I probably wouldn't be as sus about it but idk.

What’s funny though is the defendant claim they dated a couple of months when she told Doug 🤣 one of them is busting too much pot and lying.
She could not hide it, there is no doubt that she did it. Even the side comments were evidence. She was upset about being broken up with.

Bc this isn't criminal court. In cival court a judge can base her rulings of her gut/instinct. Another words if either partys stories don't add up or sounds odd or off,then she can rule in the other parties favor. In criminal court you must prove beyond the shadow of a doubt..

@@kingoffarts8352 Also of note, this show is actually binding arbitration, not court. JM can rule however she wants, she just tends to follow the rules of civil court.

Because this is small claims court, and it basically is gambling/luck what the judge/arbitrator decides is fair, and it's usually down to loopholes, or just settling/mediating gripes. Although there is zero evidence she did it, the judge/Milian in this case feels she is still liable so it's not a criminal case to where someone is guilty/convicted without reasonable doubt; It's small claims to where non criminal settlements are binding to reach a resolution. She wasn't charged with anything criminal (vandalism/destruction), she was the party the arbitrator felt was responsible for civil damages, so whether she did it or not is moot. But yeah.

Why is JM just taking his word or his friends word who is not there to testify. That is rare. He has zero proof really. He is believing his story on how they broke up and not hers. But why?

And based on the gruesome pictures of the furniture being carved up. a hundred percent a man did that, and that man was probably one of the Plaintiff's buddies who he had beef with, or maybe it wasn't intentional and he had a bad trip or something either or etc. Women usually pour bleach on his clothes, throw his suit jackets and stuff on the front lawn, throw his baseball cards on the floor etc. petty stuff lol. That was definitely a guy just based on those pictures lol. So at most Defendant got a man to do that, so in a way she's still necessarily being truthful she didn't do it, lol, but I don't think she did it period and sadly was unlucky she was in their friend group and the blame was put on her somehow smh.

She clearly knew he was a pothead and alcoholic when they started dating, she’s only complaining about it now because they broke up and his drug usage was more than what she thought she can handle. What’s funny though is the plaintiff claims they only dated 6-7 weeks but the defendant says they been dating for a couple of months 😂 not sure if the plaintiff was busting too much pot and forgot or if the defendant is just too delusional

I think she needs the new support of her grandchild because she is over 80 now. She tends to laugh more now but not in a good way. No one else is laughing most of the time. Sometimes things should end.

@@nunya8010 Marijuana can sometimes make you laid back/unphased/lazy/unmotivated depending on who smokes it, and a lot of people think those on disability pay are lazy/don't want to work. I don't think she scratched his furniture up, but that was wrong of her to say that.

Just based on those pictures alone how deep the carvings are, that was definitely a man, and a man who was high and probably isn't on friendly terms with the Plaintiff either lol (just also going on Plaintiff admitting he has questionable buddies/associates, so yeah). Women do very petty things cut up/rip like t shirts, and they don't even cut up, they usually pour bleach, or pour ketchup stains on his clothes etc. throw his video games and shoes on the front lawn etc. Men usually are the ones who do more war zone stuff like slash tires, rip up sofas, furniture, smash windows etc. so yeah. lol.
