Hey Kandy, instead of talking on Facebook messenger with your nephews and sister, download Google Duo. It is an app for the phone you can download from google play that let's iphone and Android users Facetime. It just would need to be downloaded by both parties. Super easy though! Love your channel and your positivity!

Those Chia Squeeze things are super slimy and have all the little chia seeds in them which give them a kind of weird texture...however, they kinda grow on you (the drink, not the seeds...no Chia Pet situation here). They're a little thick to be considered a drink but they're kind of like those pouches of pureed fruit for little kids that you can get at the grocery store (which, to be honest, I kind of like better than the chia things). They _taste_ healthy, I'll say that.

If you have greasy hair... only use conditioner on the ends of your hair where it really needs it! (Coming from a gal with thin straight hair with bangs... life experience)

hi. i’m on my lunch break at work so i can’t watch your whole video right now but i’m seeing comments about mirena and wanted to let you know my experience!!! i tried to get it before i had my son but it was really uncomfortable so i stayed on the pill. piece of cake after i had him, and i have a period like every six months. very light and pleasant by comparison :-)

I'm a big girl, but I cannot hold my liquor at all. I go from 1 drink fine, to 2 drinks I'm drunk and 3 I'm blacked out or passed out on the floor. Waking up and puking my guts out or next day dying in the bathroom all day. It's like I don't metabolize it at all. I went out and drank often in my early 20s but eventually it got to this isn't fun puking my guts out all the time, or waking up on the bathroom floor or kitchen floor, etc. Luckily I was always with people I trusted, and not going out or random strangers house. Fast forward nearly 10 years later I rarely ever drink, I know my limits, I can't have more than two drinks without puking my guts out.
I have had the Mirena for a little over a year now, it hurts so bad the first day.. but I haven't had a menstrual cycle in a year!! Good luck 😘

Benefit roller lash is my fav mascara at the moment, she’s pricey but it’s quality stuff. I would have loved to use all the make up you brought, super fun. And that trash can drink looks right up my alley. I always order paralyzers which I believe are called Colorado bulldogs in the states. I had gastric sleeve two years ago and can relate to the instant buzz that dissipates quickly.

Funny story about mirena. I was told if you went on it, that I would have no more periods, which i was excited about as mine was super heavy. The hormones in the mirena gave me a stroke at age 35. That's not the funny part!! So anyway they switched me from mirena to paraguard which is an iud without the hormones in it. It's been 8 years since I got the new iud put in, my periods used to be irregular, but now they come EVERY SINGLE MONTH LIKE CLOCK WORK!! LOL That is the funny part!! Everyone is different. I hope your's works out and takes your period away!!!

Try using all natural shampoo and conditioner. Ones that have no silicones or sulfates. My favorite drugstore brand is cantu or shea moisture.

You look so pretty! I go without using conditioner too. Ugh! Baby fine hair here and it takes hardly nothing to make it look oily. I use beyond the zone powder volumizer. It works great.

Why would they have to put u under? If they can do a pap in the office they should be able to put in the Mirena. Same procedure. Some people still have their periods. I am one of periods. So don't be disappointed if u still do.
I’ve had the depo shot and the Mirena coil ..... the depo made me very very irritable and depressed ... the mirena suited me so much better!! Best of luck beautiful lady!! X
Girlfriend, you don't need alcohol to have fun! I use to be the same way, but the anxiety in the aftermath is so much worse. Take care of yourself!
Did you try the arrowroot powder for dry shampoo or look at premme.com?
You can still use conditioner just use a very small amount like dime size for your hair. Also make sure it’s color protectant.

I've had the mirana. No issues at all with it. I was super nervous, some cramping that night and next night. I DO NOT have a period, haven't had on after one MONTH after getting it inserted. :) Keep us posted.
The NYX gotcha covered concealer is my staple its the only concealer i use lol its the best in drugstores seriously!!!!!

Loving the hair! When I cut mine short and it would get oily, if I ran a round brush through it with a blow dryer, it helped give it a little body, and it wouldn’t look as oily as quickly! ✨

i love my mirena!!!! and i love not having a period. but girl........the insertion.......was rough. i felt like i was gonna pass out after and i was on hydrocodone plus they give you a pill to soften your cervix. but i have never had kids and my gyno said im one of those unlucky gals w a small uterus so hopefully you'll have better luck!!

I love my mirena had it put in twice. Both after the births of my kids. No period right away for me and no buying tampons etc!! Ive have no side effects besides bad cramping the first time (not the 2nd time), but i also know im in the minoroty with that. Good luck!! I heard u love or hate the mirena.

I had Mirena put in after my surprise baby 3 years ago after bleeding straight for just shy of 3 months it stopped and never had a period again!! I love it girl! The best thing I did after my baby!!

YOU BLEED ALOT WITH ENDO BUT BECAUSE THE DEPO SHOT HAD STOPPED ME FROM BLEEDING THATS ONE REASON I DIDN'T KNOW HOW BAD I HAD IT. I HAD A HYSTERECTOMY IN 98, BUT I STILL HAVE ENDO ON MY WALLS. OMG...THAT IS SO PAINFUL.. PRAYING THAT THIS NEW THING YOU'RE GONNA TRY HELPS YOU BETTER. LOVE YOU AND YOUR VIDEO'S. YOU ARE DOING SO GIRL. I feel you on the drinking thing. Try drinking something else if you still want to join in! When I only drink beer I have a great time, sugary liquor drinks do not end well for me.

I know you said to email questions but I’ve been wondering this for a while now but how is your tummy problems? I remember a while back there was issues and I don’t think you have mentioned it anymore.. did you find out what was going on or did it just go Away?
It comes and goes. It's a pelvic pain so they think part of it may be gas. But they also hope the mirena will help because it may be cramps.
