ASSALAM O ALAIKUM agar pehlay se bana hua ghar ho jis ka farsh pehlay hi se dala hua ho aur road level se 2 foot ooncha ho aur ghar ka farash ki bharai karnay mai rait istimal ki gai ho aur ek baday haal ko divide kar k 2 ya 3 rooms kam az kam doube storey bananay k liye bunyaad dalni ho tao bunyad bananay k liye kya tariqa apnaya jayega plz rehnumai farma dain.
Width and depth of foundation depend on the bearing capacity of soil and specially on the load acting on the wall.load on the middle wall will be excessive than the outer wall and also the load will differ on double storey or triple storey and so on.every one is directed/requested to consult the competent engineer please.

Bro good information but when we will start from 30inch foundation there will be gap outside when we will reach at 9 inch wall and plot will be further shorter.this point is not cleared kindly help.
keep from outer edge of plot. outer side will be flush striaght vertically. inner side will be decrease step by step .
I also want to know same question 30"ka middle 15' 9" remain 4.5 cover then 10.5" short from four sides one side 10.5×2=21 I also want to know

Mr why you are misleading. Digging charges you told too low then termite spray charges were also not right. Why not u do some research and give proper estimates. This will be misleading instead knowledge
I have given real charges which are being paid to the labour. I am not including contractors commissions.
