this is a great video on why bands/artists/crew do not get paid enough. tour is a 24/7 affair. all damn day and then you try to get whatever sleep you can cause you gotta get up and do it all again in a few hours.
How well did this tour do sales wise? I ask because Dillinger did a headliner tour recently and they were playing venues way smaller than this tour usually plays?
There were definitely a lot of people you could see leaving after Periphery and missed Animals as Leaders and Dillinger. Those people are IDIOTS lol. It was a pretty large house of blues, only first floor though, no balcony access, but the whole first floor was almost crammed
Did you go to the show? If so, I'm sorry you were disapointed. I went, they played as well as gwar and cancerbats did. They are an act. Not just a band. An act.
How does it suck? You gotta work just like any other job, but if you love it you should be stoked to do it. What do you just collect government welfare checks or something burnout?
It's a shame when a band like this is the headlining act of "the most extreme tour of the year". Maybe they won't let people vote on facebook next time.
Damn! Dillinger, Norma Jean, Periphery, Animals as Leaders all on that 2013 Summer Slaughter? What a banger lineup
Oh yes, it was one for the history books
Only discovered these guys in the last couple of years. Missing them already.
So true
I'm not the drummer lmfao dead xD
I know I'm late to the party but It's funny seeing them stand still during sound check! the most still I had even seen them.
Goddamn I wish these guys would come back together and do a tour. They were fucking brutal on stage.
Boards of Canada intro on TDEP concert? Love it
I know it's sound check but it's weird seeing dillinger not moving when playing haha

3:56 does the interviewer really think liam is the drummer or do i just not get this?
How well did this tour do sales wise? I ask because Dillinger did a headliner tour recently and they were playing venues way smaller than this tour usually plays?
i went to see them at this tour. i bought tickets. the place was packed. so i dunno.
Psyfonify there are more bands so they draw in more fans
It seems like Animals as Leaders and Periphery have a bigger draw than TDEP, cuz both those bands play bigger venues where I live
It depends on band preference too tho. But yeah, a full festival like this requires a venue to fit it and the lineup is up to festival organizers etc.
There were definitely a lot of people you could see leaving after Periphery and missed Animals as Leaders and Dillinger. Those people are IDIOTS lol. It was a pretty large house of blues, only first floor though, no balcony access, but the whole first floor was almost crammed
Saw these guys at the Montreal date. Blew my fucking head off. Dillinger are easily one of the best bands I have or probably will see live.
9:17 - you say it is 1:00 am when upon further inspection(clock on microwave), I can clearly see that it is only 12:35 am. tisk tisk lol

Fuck that. I don't wanna be a rock star anymore. That life sucks.
How does it suck? You gotta work just like any other job, but if you love it you should be stoked to do it. What do you just collect government welfare checks or something burnout?
Warren Nelsom this used to be my life. I speak from experience. Go fuck yourself.
Why does the drumset always have to die
6:14
Stage antics like that separate the men from the boys.
(By admission, then, I'm a scared little wannabe metal guitarist.)
No pyjamas?
nope
troc in philly
0:29 So I guess the criteria of separation was "keep the fuckin awesome bands on this side and the good enough bands on the other"
WORCESTER PALLADIUM
topkek
Futurama load slowly
Lol they watch futurama after they play.
Sucks that they are going on a hiatus.Sucks.
Going on a forever hiatus :(
That's there gig. That's what they do. They flail and thrash around.
no, its a figment of your imagination
Too bad they broke up.
I'm seeing them in a month
Prancer
I think it's sad when bands start destroying their gear. Give them to people who can't buy it, then
GWAR is an act... DEP is a few solid musicians with a roid freak spitting fire.
dillinger four>dillinger escape plan
when did DEP become a bunch of hipsters? :-/
