I agree with the idea of moving the alcohol. Every time you show the shelves, I think about how I would get extra shelves cut at Home Depot or someplace (paint white if you can't get pre-painted white shelves) and make all the shelves even so there aren't big space gaps for shelves with smaller decor items. That whole area could be really stunning. It wouldn't be that expensive, but I'm a big believer in making small investments even when you rent your space (e.g., I rent in NYC and I replaced all the plastic light switch and outlet covers with metal ones and it made such an unexpectedly huge difference in the way the space feels).
Love your apartment but that whole shelf area is a hot mess lol it needs to be completely redone IMO. It’s the only eyesore/doesn’t fit the vibe at all. The rest of the apartment is so nice and lux

yes to the financial advisor i have one and i love mine because he gives monthly updates and make sure my bills are on time and checks are order when i need them. go with bank who offers a financial advisor or get independent one! they aren’t free but worth every penny spent on
