Listening to this piece back to back with A FOGGY DAY from THE SHOUT (as I just did), is even more incredible - I had the pleasure of seeing Les at THE Bit in the early 60's - even more incredible in person - "KEEP ENJOYING THE SOUNDS OF JAZZ" (the "Poinciana passage" near the end is "UNBELIEVABLE"! - plus no drummer ever played "the shuffle beat" better than Ron Jefferson)
First time I heard this , about 5 days , ago --- I played about a dozen times ; since the n, another 20 times or more;l. And Les IS more 1967 album 55 years ago and on your again - man. This editer won't let me say TOUR AGAIN
This is off a record called :Les Is More" released on the Night Records label and then re-released by Sin-Drome records. Its a late 60's early 70's recording. Incredible recording. Look up the album. UA-cam wont let me post the Amazon link.
This is another Les McCann masterpiece, I can hear it 700 times and every times it get better. Lindsey of 60's

Only found this because it's my name
Very mellow sound and nice beat! I love piano and always pray that I'll wake up one morning and my fingers will know what to do with the keyboard.
I've been known to put this track on repeat for a few days.
Big smile :-) Did it with this piece, and do it all the time.
Still providing so much joy.
This is a standard.
