All you need is:
1 x Standard Sachet of Jelly -- in 60 ml (2 fl ozs) of Boiling Water
250 ml (9 fl ozs) Fat Free Natural Fromage Frais
250g (8.8 ozs) Quark (Virtually Fat Free Cream Cheese)
Whole Mixture = 1.5 Syns.
Thanks to your feedback, for all my viewers outside of Europe and all the Brits who went to school before the 1980's, I have included imperial measurement conversions. - Навчання та стиль
This looks yummy, will def be trying this. Been looking at all your recipes and I have so much inspiration I can't wait to try them!
I seriously love you videos.. straight to the point.. simple lay out - id love to see more from you x
I looked this up, and made it with some substitutes at the last minute. I had half a Hartley's sugar free jelly powder, Philadelphia Lightest and Fat Free Greek Style Yogurt. I quartered the mixture amounts to make only one for myself, and it is delish!!!! Thanks for this!
I just made this double quantity. It's easy and pretty good too. I'm hooked I think!
Love watching your videos they really help.
Just made this following these instructions and it was absolutely gorgeous
Thanks for sharing this video, just made this and it was yummy. The chocolate mousse recipe on the Slimming World website is even nicer though!
Nice recipe ....thanks for posting.
@colly35 thanks for the quark tip!! Hate that we can't get quark in Ireland but will definitely try this!
Made this last night. Stunning!
Bit too sweet for me so next time I'm going to use double the amount of fromage frais and quark.
@Landsdownelady
you can make your own Quark, a tub of free free natural yogurt, add to that a half teaspoon of Salt and give a good stir
empty contents into a tablecloth/moslin cloth
put into a sive and leave it onto of a bowl in the fridge overnight.
in the morning, you'll find water in the bowl and in your cloth is some love Quark
Simple as that
I've been craving angel delight recently, so I'm definitely trying this soon! :D
oh my that look beautiful im so ganna try this
i love the yoghurts you have in the fridge lol i have them with syn free pancakes, this recipes looks more like a angel delight might give it try when i find some quark think they sell it in morrisons (",)
I tried this recipe it was lush :-) I didn't have any quark but had light philedelphia so used that instead and it was really nice :-)
This Guys Top Dog
When you say 1.5 for the whole mix is that the whole bowl or just the smaller bowl x
Hi, I'm not allowed to eat quark (medical reasons) could I use all fromage frais please if you know, I'd love to make this recipe. Thank you in advance should you see my message & answer it :)
We don't get fromage frais in Australia - can I just double the quark?
I need that :)
Does the jelly have to go cold before adding quark and fromage frais because when i made it as soon as i added those to jelly the jelly set straightaway and it was just all bitty and horrible yuk.
Thought I would type out ingredients so people can copy:
1 sachet sugar free jelly
60ml/2fl ozs boiling water
250ml/9 fl ozs fat free fromage frais
250g/8.8oz quark (fat free soft cheese)
@Steffateetee So have I!! The good thing about angel delight is.... the only thing that isn't great is the sugar level... the rest is fine! :D
Can I just ask where the syns come from?, I thought quark and fat free fromage frais were free. Or am I wrong?
Theoretically one could add cocoa powder to this and make chocolate mousse, right?
@selbydate16 i suppose you'd hav 2use a handwhisk & lots of wrist action!
I really like this but found it better to put the jelly in last otherwise it was solidifying.
how can it be a mousse without whipped egg whites
@rosie56555 Yeah whats wrong with that? You put cheese in ALOT of desserts.
put scan bran in it as well x
@RockChickBaby80 its the suger free jelly that has the sins, babe
@Debi43100 Really? I thought it was free also. Good job I know now :)
Use full fat
