    Lovely recipe if you are looking for a syn free hummus. Now I have syns to spare at target and I look to add fats for filling power, I don’t use fat free yogurt anymore. I would add 1 tablespoon of good extra virgin olive oil, 4 cloves of garlic and fresh lemon juice. I know this is 6 syns, but for me it is the filling power and I don’t mind spending syns in this way. Your recipe is fabulous on the weight loss journey or if you prefer to spend syns on other foods. You film these recipes in a lovely relaxed way which makes them a joy to watch. Also, I like the way you select things that are a bit different to encourage us to go for variety. Well done Debbie. You don’t need to rinse the chick peas as the water from them is fine to eat and actually improves the consistency of the hummus. Vegans use this liquid as an egg substitute I believe.

      Yes cooked pasta is free (as long as it was the dry pasta you get of the shelves to start with rather than fresh pasta from the fridge) x

    I’m a big fan of humous, I cook my chickpeas first though, makes a lovely smooth humous X

    You are better off with your hand blender Debbie. If you use a jug blender it can struggle to bend it all and it gets really stuck. Plus it's difficult to clean.

      It is lol.... very nice the first dish I made youngest daughter took it home after tasting, So had to make more lol. Followed your recipe tgen added 1 tablespoon crucials maybe half would be eneogh.🤔
