"The Most Important Piece": A Reminder from Civil Rights Activist Ms. Sandra Bland

Inspired by the 2020 global social movement responding to Black Lives Matter after the killing of George Floyd, this video revisits one of Ms. Sandra Bland's presentations to a group of university students visiting Selma, Alabama to learn about American Civil Rights history. The scene is a recording of these students walking across the historic Edmund Pettus Bridge in Selma, site of 'Bloody Sunday', as part of their tour in 2016.
