This is it! This is my all time favourite live version of this song! Vocals are perfect, outfit is perfect, intro is perfect, outro is perfect the rest of the band is perfect.

I wish I could sit in a small room with him while he is playing this song.. This is my warrior song. Sir Elton John is the man.. " I'm still standing". Elton John acting like he went to a Baptist church with this one .. let's go!!
What?? it's HoJo on keyboards! This is just a couple of years after I saw HoJo live at the Paramount theater in Seattle and it was so fun and amazing. He had so many great songs back in the early -mid 80's.
That version, lineup, and the energy he puts in it are just absolutely amazing. But my favorite part is that pure rock and rollin’ voice during the intro, especially at 00:27 ! I just love it 😁
I was watching a movie called "Sing", and it was such a beautiful movie, and this song was played and it caught my ears. I searched for it and when I found the original by Elton John I'd been listening to it on repeat for 3 days now, it makes me so happy! When he starts to sing "Don't you know I'm still standing" in the chorus, this shift in the music is what caught my ears, it's mesmerizing.
Ugh This is so damn good it makes me sad that time didn't freeze right there for Elton and for us all. My Elton is the best piano player ever! I'm still standing he's my darling!
