Omgggg finally a video that showed the fitness facilities no one showed that the upstairs had tennis courts it says in their description they had but I’ve never seen it! Thank you for this video I’m going in feb!
😊Such a great and informative video - I want to book a flight today!!! Love how you have so much fun on your trips and enjoy all aspects of what the hotels have to offer. Can’t wait for your next adventure.
I really hope you respond and know I am about a year late lol. I’m looking at a bunch of all inclusive resorts to go to. It seems like this one has a good amount of activities to do. Though I might do a few days here and then may go to what I feel as a much upscale, all inclusive like excellence or live Aqua. Couple of random questions lol, when you were running on the beach that area they had to seed weed was that like a private beach area? We would like to explore more of the beach surroundings a little bit more. Also, I don’t know if I caught. When did you guys go and visit Planet Hollywood? I definitely don’t want to see any kids lol, so thinking of going in October when school is still in session. Thanks.
Hi there! Happy to assist and provide some insight. Planet Hollywood definitely leads in activities as compared to many of the resorts we have been to but because that is the case you can definitely expect some kids. The adults only area is really nice and large, but you'll still see kids at dinner and during the activities if that is concerning. Our visit was over Labor Day weekend in September so I am sure October would be better! In terms of seaweed, the resort did a great job of keeping their beach clean. It is in a secluded area so the beaches on either side are undeveloped and I am sure have a bit more. Hope that helps and that you have a wonderful trip!
What month of the year did you go? I’ve heard it’s hard to get reservations to the restaurants unless you’re a star member, which sounds very unfair to me. Glad you had fun!
This was in early-September! It is definitely a bit slower of a season but over the Labor Day Holiday. I could maybe see reservations filling quickly at one of the more popular restaurants like the steakhouse but I would say it would be hard to believe that everything fills up! There are a ton of restaurants and they are all pretty spacious so as long as you have some flexibility on the timing, I think you should be good!
Did they have extra activities you could pay for like parasailing or snorkeling? Also did your room smell ok? Some people online were saying the rooms kinda smelled. Thanks!
Hi there! Yes, they had a couple of stations with opportunities to book any additional on- or off-property activities. Their staff were all friendly and helpful so I'm sure that will be the case for booking too! No issue with smells in the room at all. They were cleaned 2-3 times per day and we really enjoyed everything about the rooms! Enjoy!
Great video and good info. The only suggestion would be a slightly lower level on the music. Your voices were competing with the music making it hard at times to pay attention to what you were saying. Good content though.
It looks like most of the things happening are on the family side however I’d like the added benefit of adults only. How far is the walk from the adult scene to the family side of the resort?
They definitely had a party going on most of the time at the adult side of that is your thing, too. They are all very close together, I would say 3 min to walk from the adult side to the family side, maybe 6 if you walk along the beach. Hope that helps!
Super informative! Question as I just watched your Hideaway Royalton video too. Which one did you like better overall? I was completely sold on Hideaway until I saw that Brazilian steakhouse and lazy river at PH! We are doing 3 days (on Marriott points) and I’m Titanium, so we would probably get diamond club upgrade at the Hideaway. Guess it’s a good problem to have 2 great options for all inclusive on bonvoy points!! 😊
Glad you enjoyed them! Yes, definitely a good problem to have and we don't think you can go wrong either way! We really think they are very close when it comes down to which you would recommend but will do our best to answer your question. We would say, it you are the type to spend most of your time pool or beach lounging, Royalton has the slight edge. If you prefer activities, staying busy, and doing activities, Planet Hollywood has the close advantage. As you mentioned, a good problem to have! We hope you have a wonderful trip!
Thank you! The only lines we ever experienced were one night at dinner. It could be helpful to "put your name down" for dinner around 30 min before you're hoping to get seated. Easy to kill time in the nearby areas though and that was just one night! Have a great trip!
Hi there! Yes, we think this might be one of the best Cancun resorts for the party vibe. They have a very nice night club on the second floor of the lobby and a bunch of other live music, shows, bars, etc. We're sure you'll have a great time!
If you were staying in the normal section of the hotel can you use the adult side amenities? If not, how were they checking this, like for the adult's pool and bars and food
Great question! I would guess that you could definitely use the pool and the pool bar, but I do not know that the restaurants that are exclusive to the adults section would let you in. Every guest is provided a wristband and they are color coded for where you have access. Hope that helps!
Yes, everything you saw us do in the video is included! I think there may be one specialty restaurant and specific bottles of wine that are extra, but all of the other food and drinks are included. Enjoy your trip!
@@StNickTravels thank you for replying. We are debating between this and royalton, I noticed u been to both. We want a fun hotel, all inclusive food and drinks. Which one did you enjoy more or would recommend for us who never been to Cancun?

Hi! Were there a lot of umbrellas on the beach? We are looking for lots of ocean time, sand, AND shade on the beach.
Yes! We also tend to actively seek out shade. Honestly, it may be the best resort we have stayed at in terms of shade. Tons of umbrellas!

Great video. Loved the song choice. We're gonna be at the Star Class Adult Scene in 2 weeks. Can't wait. Cheers from Toronto, Canada!

Awesome video! How were the lines for everything? I'm going there this week and i hope it isn't mobbed.

@St. Nick Travels Thanks for the info, will do! Im hyped 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks for posting this. Quick question. Is there a Mexican restaurant at the resort, and if so, was it nice Mexican food?
Hi there! Yes, they did have a Mexican restaurant as one of the options and it was quite tasty! We would describe it as upscale Mexican food. Enjoy!
Awesome:) thanks for this 💪
Great video, seems like a wonderful holiday. What camera are you guys using for filming?
Thank you! We just use a GoPro Hero 10 with the media mod and a mic. We're glad you enjoyed it!
Hi is it good entertainment at night, is it lively enough for 20 year olds who like to party x

Loved the video. Super informative
Glad you enjoyed it! Do you already have plans to visit the Planet Hollywood or are you still exploring a few options?
What room were you in?
It started with 15 (building number) and was on the top floor but we can't remember exactly. Sorry!
Very good work!
is the theatre included ?
Yes! The theatre has about four showings per day and all shows are included!
We are looking to book the adult scene, are the restaurants included to eat at with the price? And drinks?
Yes, everything you saw us do in the video is included! I think there may be one specialty restaurant and specific bottles of wine that are extra, but all of the other food and drinks are included. Enjoy your trip!

@@StNickTravels last question, which one is in a better location for like shopping and exploring Cancun outside the hotel?
Loved this vlog. Yes music could be a bit over kill but still enjoyed it ❤
Slowly been improving in our newer videos, including on the lower volume music. Glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the support!!
Does the hotel have wifi?
Yes, wifi was included and it was plenty fast for us!
What it your number room please????
It started with 15 and was on the top floor but we can't remember exactly, sorry!
Did you book Star suite to get private cabana?
@@StNickTravels 👆
@@SuperJaaduNo actually the beach cabanas were free and did not need to be reserved! The ultra fancy ones by the pool did though.
