Id say its pretty hard to fail considering your body doesn't absorb everything, food gets stuck sometimes which will turn off the want to eat or finish some meals, and too much sugar, even the fake ones can make you have a nausea episode! But once you know what you can tolerate and what is easy and good for you, its seriously the best thing ive ever done for myself.
