Please that brown flex connecting the touch pad to the mother board (not the left & right bottons on the touch), mine got cut, can it be purchased or i just have to change the top cover completely?

Why the two holes are burned ?
Same burned holes are in my laptop and they have damaged my battery too...are these holes already or do we need to do these holes
