OUR CUSTOMER
Demirören İstiklal is a shopping mall which was opened in 2011 with participation of Cristiano Ronaldo who plays for Real Madrid. The has more than 19.000 meter square with 40 stores including electronics, shoes, clothing, cosmetic and cinema. Demirören İstiklal is not only a mall for shopping lovers, but also hosts to people who want to have a nice time in İstiklal.
CHALLENGE
Demirören İstiklal needed digital unique displays which can fit to entrance columns with curved surface to attract people who walk in street. Announcing special discounts and showing commercials from stores of the mall were also one of main purposes of producing such thing.
SOULUTION
Ledeca proved that they are good at solving complex problems by using LDSOSP05.9RB [5.9mm Outdoor Ribbon Led Screen]. Because of the curve shape of the ceiling, some special technics have been used. Ledeca had to create a screen that comes from small inflexible modules but looks like a flexible screen. For that reason Ledeca worked hard to get perfect frame
RESULT

PRODUCT AND TECHNOLOGIES
LDSOSP05.9RB is used in that project as a best solution because of the advantage of the height of the modules. 3 years of warranty period and being a long lived product made this screen a very successful project. The height of niche that Ledeca had to put modules on was around 11 cm and this situation made Ledeca used Ribbon screen. Due to the environmental conditions, front rare option is selected as well as IP67 technology. Ledeca made a good example of solving complex problems by producing well designed construction to the ceiling. Even though the module itself is not a flexible item, all modules together look like a curved flexible screen on the frame.
