I got a 150cc mini max that arrived earlier today and it feels and looks well made. It Is sturdy, doesn't look or feel cheap. It is quite large actually. I had to leave for work before I had time to gas er up and ride though I'll have a few days off starting tomorrow 🤙
I got a bunch of parts coming in for mine right now. But I was wondering, what's your set up now? What was the perfect set up? I know you were testing a bunch of rollers and what not. So what was the best rollers and set up so far? I'm still trying to decide on what the best rollers would be and as well as what the best size jets would be for the carb. Lmk asap if you could.
To tell you the truth, these things are for big kids and I don't know about other states but in South Carolina you don't need a driver's license or insurance to operate one of these on the street because it is under 50cc. When I was a kid we called em wine-o-bikes lol.
I have heard that the Chinese gy6 is a clone of the honda elite 125cc engine. But I was referring to the mini max being a clone of the honda grom which does have a 125cc engine.
@@ommii you could change the gears in the rear-end and make it go faster but you would loose power and be very slow up hill. It's a 50cc scooter. There's only so much you can do without changing the motor
Just the ones on my channel. Pretty much everything I did to my scooters I found in a UA-cam video. So I really didn't see the point of redoing a video someone else already made. The how to videos on my channel are things that I thought of that nobody else had posted.
When I first got it, it already had a 100cc big bore kit installed. It would go 42mph. I changed the carb and put bigger jets in it and changed the roller weight in the variator and got it up to 52mph now.
And if it has 139QMB stamped on the engine case, the only way to tell if it's bigger than a 50cc, is to pull the head off and measure the piston. A stock 50cc Chinese scooter will go between 25 and 30 mph.

I just can’t do the 50cc the 150s are awesome Honda pcx or adv 150 great little bikes the 50s just can’t do it

What engine exactly is that a clone from? I know that a lot of the Chinese engines are cloned from other brands mostly Honda’s so I’m just curious

I have the 2022 icebear and it's a gy6 engine
Is it reliable so far? How many miles do you have on it ?
It's very reliable. Starts right up runs strong, plenty of power and tools out at 51 mph.

It is carbureted and I've got it up to 51 mph now. That's all I'm doing to it.
They make big bore kits for this if you really wanna go faster but it’s better off going with some sort of 150cc scooter

Nope. I sold it for $1200 and bought a 2018 Honda PCX150 FOR $2500
