I'd say Slender Man is still much more terrifying. Siren Head is incredibly scary, but it seems more like a huge, lumbering monster you'd see as a boss fight in horror-games, like The Evil Within for example. A handful of soldiers could probably fight it off. Slender Man, OTOH, is a vicious, otherworldly lorecraftian creature that psychologically tortures you to death, or simply turns you into a mind-slave, with just its mere presence alone, can teleport and attack you in any direction, and is basically immortal.

Slendy was given years to develop, and Siren Head was made relatively recently, and hasn’t developed yet. it’s unfair to say SH is inferior, since it hasn’t had time to develop or have a description of powers. it’s not even made into an SCP or a real skillset.

I’ve always been terrified of the sound of sirens. Like the ones you get on your phone for a storm warning or Amber Alert, or ones you hear online (or in real life depending on where you live) for emergencies like bombs or a tornado or something. I live in AZ so I almost never hear those noises, whenever I do it’s either a sandstorm or amber alert, so it’s not a PTSD thing, it just scares me for some reason. So this game would be terrifying for me. Every time I hear Siren Head make a noise in this I get scared. Idk, it’s weird. I hate it lol
At 6:15 My theory is that the player didn't actually escape and is the one screaming, the sound of the car is Siren mimicking the sound to trick the player.

Fun fact: The siren sound you hear in the video at 7:57 is known as "Alternate Wail". When you install an electronic warning siren, you can select which warning tone it plays. The City of Chicago as well as a few other areas use "Alternate Wail" to warn of Tornadoes. Alternate Wail is made by combining the fast-wail 'attack' signal and the Hi-Lo signal.
Am i the only one who gets TERRIFIED from alert system noises and just sirens in general. When I hear them I get so scared for some reason..
They’re designed that way to activate your fight or flight so that you act during emergencies and not sit there and chill.
That’s why people freak out and start to panic when they hear sirens and alert systems.
i live in smalltown midwest where the tornado siren goes off twice a day - one for noon and one for six pm so that siren in particular i am completely numb to. deadass the college i go to - in a city that doesn't do the noon thing - had a tornado warning going on and i literally just casually strolled across campus to go get food instead of taking shelter like literally everyone else was
Imagine the alert system noise was changed to the most chill person with an astrailoan accent saying, "Oi mate, there's a goddamn tornado coming. I'd appreciate it if ya head to shelter or something mate."
