This is the best interpretation I have heard of Arirang. I am listening to this on the weekend of Korea's independence from 35 years of Japanese colonial rule, August 15, 2022. This beautiful song makes me think of all the people who suffered in pain and struggled for our freedom.

The Tab is correct. The number 4 on the notation indicates that using 4th finger to press the 3rd fret on the 2nd string.
