Over the last week, I've been struggling with my first ever case of gastritis. I've lost ten pounds since last Sunday and when I'm not in excruciating pain, I'm absolutely starving. Just finished a cup of hot chicken bone broth and laying down for a nap before I have to go to work tonight. Thank you for your content. I wish you worked at the hospital near me! 😅

I took Metformin for a couple months and had to quit taking it. Every time I bent over I would start dry heaving or if I moved around. I was prescribed it for pre-diabetes to get my sugars under control. I quit taking it and started working out.
a tip ~ if u hang ur tapestries in the bathroom and do a hot shower the steam in the room will let the wrinkles from the manufacture folding out; or a hand held steamer
I am absolutely loving your timing on the video drop pun intended its just what the doctor ordered, i enjoyed listening to your videos at night just as i am about to go to bed
The blink to threat reminded me of how one time I went to the eye glass doctor and when the lady tried to get my eye pressure, I kept blinking and couldn’t stop because of the machine they use to do that slightly touches your eye and they were unable to get the pressure lmao.

So hard to sleep 💤 in the hospital. Just when the meds start working and you fall asleep a nurse or doctor comes in. They ask you so many questions and you’re half asleep and high on meds you don’t know what’s going on lol 😊
Focus on your breathing, things you can feel/smell/hear and stay in the present. Tomorrow doesn’t exist yet. Stay in each moment that you’re in. You’ll be fine!
I'm watching this after being struck by a truck in a pedestrian crosswalk about 24 hours ago. I couldn't get the image of the car just before it hit me out of my head before I put on those video. I'm only 21 and starting down the barrel of a broken hip, waiting for a confirmation of diagnosis. This makes my future feel less scary.
