When it came to Putin, it was 9 months after an aggressive assault on Yugoslavia by NATO. Died when around 5 thousand civilians. Destroyed were (as it already is at the western partners ' habit)bridges, factories that had nothing to do with armament, school, Chinese embassy, civil train and bus, warehouses of grain, city information, power plants and under. If Putin was in power, so not only this happened, but even Muammar Gaddafi would not have been murdered and Libya would continue to remain an independent state!
