The owner of this house is a practical man. The bathrooms are just the right size, not super big like some “modern” homes. The bedrooms are right sized also, and the closets are truly built in, not sinalpak lang. big yard as well. LPG tanks are outside the home and enclosed in concrete housing. Practical. Typical Guam style home. Hafa Adai primo! 🤙🏾

Depende sa location parin, and this house is for those who earns about 1M a month-so maintenance will never be a problem. If you're in the business mindset who had millions.-this is a big asset and can generate income as well.

Really nice house, worth it naman sa 17M. One of the reasons may hiwalay na septic tank pa for food waste and gas pipeline talagang magastos yun. Downside lang for me mga backsplash sa kitchen, they look a bit cheap. Dark gray marble cabinet, black countertop and grayish backsplash-ito yung monochromatic na masakit sa mata. Another thing, mga colored cove lights. Blue, purple and something green, nakakawala ng pagka elegant ng house. Blue cove light sa bedrooms hindi sya okay sa eyes, hindi sya nakaka relax. Warm white is better, but this is for me lang naman. 😅
I agree to what you said, 17M considering the size of the floor area of the house with pvc/wpc wall panels including cove ceiling is already a good deal. The auxiliary kitchen looks classy than the main kitchen, the black accent color used in the main kitchen does not compliment with the color of the main house, sakit sa mata! lastly, the multi color lighting use as cove lighting is so club house!

1) Where is this home located?
2) Is the 17 million inclusive of the land and pool?
3) How does someone go about building something like this? I’m assuming it’s custom. If I could, I would literally build this exact house.

the lot is separate from the 17M but the pool is included
The building is custom made, if you want to hire the company who designed and built this house, you can ask them to build the-same design as this house, and if you want to hire different company to build a replica of this house, they can do that too but i am not sure about the cost. In the Philippines luxury house can cost P40-45k per square meter floor area (manila cost), that is excluding the cost of the lot.

Yung labas ng bahay sobrang ganda. Pag pasok sa loob medyo nakaka dismaya yung mga furnitures na ginamit. lalo na sa main kitchen. Hindi magandang combination ang wood, white at black! sana nag wood and white accent nalang si owner.

Sa totoo lang mura na ito for its price unlike yung shinoshowcase ng ibang channel na aabot na ng 50-100m (of course kasama na yung lot) but still this is cheaper
