Maganda cya ,pero concern ko lng yong arrangement ng living nia ay medyo masikip lng gawa ng hagdanan nila ,dapat medyo inaayos ng kunti ng pwesto ang hagdan parang nakaharang kasi thru maindoor at living nila kaya mukhang masikip ,hindi masyado accent sa high ceiling nila at lalong maganda at maaliwalas pagpasok...pero sabagay ibaiba tyo ng tema at gusto anyway..nice job. 👍

Dto talaga sa USA 🇺🇸 ang style yang living room ganito talaga pag may 2nd floor
trueee, sobrang sumikip ang living room dahil sa placement ng stairs nya. Yong sofa hindi na magkaharap sa sikip ng space. Love na love ko yong na feature dito na bungalow house na ang owners from the US din. Yun ang the best plan, talagang every detail ng house napag isipan. Walang sayang na space at very elegant ang pagkakagawa ng house.
Maganda ang designed ni architect. The homeowner just ruined the interior design of the house kasi maraming hindi tugma sa theme ng bahay na nilalagay niya. Katulad nalang ng stairwells at furnitures na hindi tugma sa theme ng bahay.
Mukhang hindi sila nag hire ng architect.. yung mga spaces hindi natama ang sukat. .. Retired Civil Engineer po ako. Space is very important. Maybe next renovations nila, maapapayos na din. … ❤ Watching from USA 🇺🇸
Madam tulad po ng nasabi ni Sir Billy lahat po ng nagpapaayos or nagpapagawa ng bahay ay may kanya kanyang taste hindi porket Eng’r or Architect, sila na po ang masusunod sa gustong style ng bahay na gawin, dahil sa huli Owners pa rin po ang mag dedesisyon at masusunod kung anong style ang gusto nila. It looks good outside but very outdated inside. When you build a house with a modern contemporary design outside it should be open concept and modern design inside so it will match. Anyways it’s there house so it’s their choice of concept.
Yes indeed, because no matter what other people demands on how to build or renovate a house, still it’s the owner’s choice on how they want their house built, First of all.. it is not totally a modern contemporary outside, it is pretty much a craftsman design (western design) and second, it doesn’t mean that you always match what you see from outside. You probably should know that already if you own a house… so YES indeed everyone has their own choice of style. And i know that is your opinion but comparing is not a good thing 👍😊. God Bless🙏

Love the pool, and the fact there is a toilet and outdoor shower. Carport is handy too, The back needs landscaping rather than plain concrete, next door's wall painting to finish outdoor excellent paint job. Love those reflective windows for privacy and heat too. I was glad to see the family room, as the staircase in the living room (although grand) took up too much of a possible seating area as it is main lounge leading to kitchen area, not to my taste personally. The fireplace is too small therefore doesn't suit the room (only my opinion don't take offence). I loved the upstairs being a total master suite, bedroom walkin wardrobe, bathroom, and private living area with shaded balcony, lovely size pleasant view too.

Hala kainggit naman, ang tagal ko na sa US pero di ko afford ganyan wow super ganda. My pinas house is tiny compared to that. ganda! Yan gusto ko na french door with dog entry access. Well thought of yun layout pati pool hindi masyado mainit mi shade. Mura na yan sa P8M. Saan kaya binili yun mga solar lights naka instal sa outdoor walls.

Sorry, Para sa akin ang interior layout ay walang “Feng Shui “ . Maganda ang mga gamit yon lang. Ang laki ng bahay nila pero ang space ng mga bathrooms ay maliit especifically sa master bedroom.
