You could get the same kind of answers from Germans or Dutch. I further don't think that the answers are scripted or edited. For me the funny part is that Conan is asking the same question over and over again in the hope of getting a more pleasing answer.

    0:07 I worked at that exact red hotel behind him in two different jobs at Børs Hotel (right behind him) and as a security guard at Børs Kjelleren (a bar right under it), and lived like 150 meters away from there. The funny thing is I also worked as a lost luggage supervisor at the exact airport he was in Flesland 0:11. It's so weird, because I've been a fan of Conan for years, and I somehow missed him. Also, that is a ''bunad'' shop for traditional clothing only worn once annually during our independence day 17th May. We would never recommend that as ''regular'' clothing. Also it was 'Dag'finn. 'Dag' as in 'day', not dog lol.

    Conan is wearing a cheap version of our national costume, the bunad. It's used for big occasions like weddings and the national day.
    Bunads represent different regions of Norway, but I think Conans "bunad" is just a random mix of the cheapest bunad pieces they found. It's also not complete.
    A proper quality bunad costs at least between $4.000 and $6.000, depending on the regional style, accoutrements etc.
    A full bunad-set can easily cost over $10.000.

    • @oddmundeide
      @oddmundeide 29 днів тому +1

      He is not wearing a cheap version, and only thing he misses is the jacket, which has no silver on it, and he his missing some silver on his wrists, thats it. He is pretty much wearing a full Bunad, considering you take off the jacket when it gets hot.
