- I made a Japanese dish that I want to eat every day: "Fried chicken and two vegetable side dishes.
As we enter the second half of May, Japan is gradually starting to enter the rainy season a bit late.
But today was a hot day and I wanted to drink beer.
On such days, I want to eat Japanese food that goes well with both beer and rice.
Here are three popular dishes in our house that both children and adults like.
I think this one-soup, three-course main dish and two side dishes menu is easy to incorporate at home, so please try making it.

*Eggplant simmered in black vinegar → Fumi Kameta / White glazed 7 "flower-shaped square dish
