I'll put up timestamps for each room. 00:29 Stairs directly to the right of the House's entrance. At the top is the door to the bathroom. 00:38 Inside the bathroom previously mentioned. 00:47 The kitchen where Kharitonov cooked. 1:06 A kind of passage, but it's believed Trupp & Kharitonov slept here. 1:29 The dining room. The family would play cards here when not eating. (Side note: That fireplace still exists) 1:39 Anna Demidova's room. 2:02 The Grand Duchesses' room. 2:25 Nick, Alex & Alexei's room. 2:53 Lounge room, almost certainly where Dr. Botkin stayed. It's possible Trupp & Kharitonov slept here, too. 3:36 No joke, Yakov Yurovsky remarked that the entire family gave that bear the signum crucis as they passed it on their way to the murder room. 3:46 Avdeev, and later, Yurovsky's office. Commandant's office. Not to be crass, but at least one guard (Nikulin) cheated on his wife in that bed. 5:14 The outer courtyard where a Fiat truck sat waiting at the far end. It's likely Anastasia actually died at that spot, or on the way to it. 5:26 Guards' dwellings. 5:51 The murder room. Nicholas was the only one to have any known last words in that room. Like, whoa! Even the computer-generated images give me the creeps! It might be gone for over 40 years, but the memory of what transpired there is forever burned into time and history...
'Father asks to have it passed on to all who have remained loyal to him and to those on whom they might have influence, that they not avenge him; he has forgiven and prays for everyone; and not to avenge themselves, but to remember that the evil which is now in the world will become yet more powerful, and that it is not evil which conquers evil, but love.' -Excerpt of a letter by Grand Duchess Olga (eldest daughter of Nicholas II and Alexandra Romanov), written in 1918 during exile. - Здесь ва убил императора - Here was killed an Emperor
This place had been known as _"The House of Special Purpose"_ as much as a year before the Imperial Family had even been brought there, let alone murdered downstairs! It's pretty self-evident the Bolsheviks had an idea of what they were going to do way ahead of time... They might not have known for sure, but everything certainly was allowed to fall into place as time progressed!
Quelle horreur ! Les enfants prisonniers en attente de se faire massacrer comme des bœufs... Si j'avais un de leurs gardes, j'aurais tenté quelque chose pour les libérer...
I have a fascination of Nichols the II and his beautiful family. Such a tragedy. Why was the house demolished in 1977? Seems like it would be a historical site.
Wow the house is actually really beautiful inside. I saw another virtual video on the house a few years ago which I don’t think is available anymore. It’s isolated and bare but it’s beautiful. I know it was a merchants house at one point. Did a family live here at some point before the Imperial family were held there? X

That song, based on Blok's Lilacs, has haunted me since I saw the film. Do you know if it was composed for the film? Is it traditional or contemporary? Where could I find the music (this last being least important)?
The poem was written 1902, so it was contemporary to the IF, music was composed by Vadim Bibergan. You can see part of the score here, but complete one, you have to purchase: "Романовы: Венценосная семья - романс Сирень" melodyforever.ru/%D0%9D%D0%BE%D1%82%D1%8B-%D0%A4%D0%B8%D0%BB%D1%8C%D0%BC%D0%BE%D0%B2-%D0%B8-%D0%A1%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE%D0%B2/romanovy-venczenosnaya-semya-siren.html
So sad what happened to the family, especially the children. They are in eternal rest with the LORD. Thanks for a great tour of the house.
Alexi, and maybe the daughters deserved sympathy but the rest? No. They were killers.

A house of unrelenting sorrow.Yuri Andropov and Boris Yeltsin demolished the house but they could not demolish the memories.

When they tore down the house or when they began construction of the church did they do a archelogical dig ? Did they find any thing?

Quedan fotos de la casa, y cosas del zar
