    It’s a MODERATE day workout that’s still plenty of work to feel great, without being too much. We’re raising our heart rate with challenging intervals, and sneaking in some healthy-for-your-back core strength work, too!

    Interval timer is set for 50 seconds of low impact cardio and 10 seconds of balance work; there is NO REST; repeat the circuit twice
