It's true it's casual racism. It's true when has Piers Morgan ever asked a pro Israel guest or Israeli politician to condemn the illegal occupation of the West Bank or the illegal building of settlements in the West Bank at the the beginning of an interview. With brown skinned or pro Palestinian guests he always starts the interview with making them condemn Hamas. How many Palestinians were murdered by the Israelis in the West Bank in 2022. I don't remember the West saying anything. However Piers Morgan's behavior is typical of most white Western journalists.

When the host of the show shouts at the guest every time he is confronted with his hypocrisy, forbids him to finish a sentence and a thought, and always threatens that this is his show and that he is therefore the boss, is enough proof for any reasonable person that the host is aware of his hypocrisy, and that he deliberately misleads the public, that's why he has such reactions!

I wondered why Piers would have someone as great at debating as Medhi because I don’t think anyone can possibly compete. But then again perhaps Piers sees him as his contemporary. Unfortunately for Piers he was outclassed and outmanoeuvred by an accomplished journalist and debater at the top of his game. Watching Piers’s face as he gets schooled in real-time on his own show has been the highlight of my week.
Piers thinks of himself as the greatest journalist, presenter and debater ever to grace humankind. His overconfidence and bulldozing bluster has unfortunately been mistaken for competence.

As for your last point, Palestinians are descendents of Cannaites, and have close genetic link to the ancient hebrews. So, they are not refugees from sorrounding nations. They are people that had been living there, always.

The fact that Piers asked the question about “when has Israel ever killed that many people…?” has me scratching my head. Is he serious? I realize he tried to put some kind of timeframe on it like in an hour or in a day… Regardless, he’s a “journalist” and he’s comfortable opening that door…unaware of the sickening atrocities committed by Israel over the decades? If we’re comparing dead bodies on each side, it’s not even close. From 2008 to September 2023 compare 6,407 Palestinian deaths to 308 Israelis. That is a UN report number.
