We love a "window thing"
No better invention than the window thing to look through wall things. Unbeaten.
Windows are the windows to the soul
I can't believe I've never thought of using polystyrene plates!? Great build!
Cheers babs! Yeah, I got desperate one day and just took a punt. Totally acceptable materials
Poundland plates 👍 noted. Lots of brick etching, so much quicker than 1cm X 0.5cm bricks. (Never again lol)
Foam bricks is always the way ... you just can't beat the look of individual bricks!
Fully agreed!
@@MSPaints Hey up fella, I sent you a cheeky message on Insta
You know shits going down when the zip lock Morrisons freezer bag comes out!
Multi Award Winning Moooooonstone!
And neeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwww tabletop champion!
Simple and cheap. Two words you wouldn’t want to be described as yourself, but perfectly describe this great terrain. 😂
... I had never thought of those poundland plates. Shame on me. Thanks for the tip.
Those Metal gear REX model kits :O
Yeaaaaah heeeeeeh!
Uh, oh. Hector has had trouble with that sea chest before. Will this be the Halloween when we experience the terror of one of Hector's undeserved enemies? Someone such as ... Slow Poke Rodriguez?!?! Oh, the calamity! The woe and/or Dread!.
Hell yeah was just looking for something like this
Awesome, i do have to object to the odd coloured bricks, only as its something like a cathedral, as general principle its a sound technique, but when its a location people would hold in reverence i think it needs to be more strategic.
Selecting bricks closer to ground or eaves and just following the spectrum or your paint up to a lighter shade just to show less weathering or discolouration is probably the way to go.
Im just trying to interject extra detail as its a tutorial video, hopefully it helps someone.
Pretty awesome piece, my man. Very cool 👍🏻
one of the best creators on youtube, absolute legend.
I like it quick, easy, and cheap
This was great. I never thought of using those plates. Definitely gonna use that in the future
Aye aye for the price you can’t fault them. I just wish they made them flat!
Definitely gives the old Eye or Terror ruined Cathedral that Abby/Azzy would stand in, beautiful work! This is impressive
Another great vid from the most authentic hobby UA-camr! Fantastic work dude👍
The most regular type dude on the Internet.
@@christopherheintz2634He does have some odd friends though…(I heard that Tony isn’t even Italian! He just grew up living above a dominos in Welwyn Garden City)

Never been much in the terrain making kind of mind. Beyond my skill level but I've been looking into making my own terrain and generally enjoying it. Working on a set of simple brick walls and a battered house for an old haunted farm.
Ah Saturdaymorning cartoons for 35 year olds :) Nice work Dave!
Great work and some good tips too!
Cheers dick! I think I pass your grave every day on the way to work. Not to get too morbid.
@@MSPaints I used to work for North Yorkshire Highways - hence the nickname. We met at Chillcon, near Sheffield, earlier this year but I was without my mask...
Hope all is good with you!
Great work Dave.
The reindeer moss mixture came out real good. I will have to give that a try.
"Appilication onna the telephone" 🤣🤣
Another one built and shelved Dave. Thanks for sharing.
The window 'thing' is called a tracery :)
I love this channel.
Very nice chap
Awesome build Dave keep the good vibes rolling.
Fab work mate!
Great video and tips 👌🏻 keep them coming!
Looks amazing!!! Love the build!!! ❤😊❤
OOoh Pretty!
A great result!
Great build out of easy to get items. Really love the impressions into the foam with the foil ball. Can't wait for Halloween!
Wish you'd stop looking at my search history 😂, literally looked at the moonstone starter set again, yesterday 😂😂😂
Great video!
Nice one! A neat little tip to get some more variety in stone textures is the old sponging technique, going back and forth with darker and lighter greys and some spot colours.
Looks amazing 😊
Those turned out awesome😁👍🏻
looks perfect, I'm gonna follow this and make my own !
I wonder how will those plates will take a texture roller...
Good vid, thanks!!!
Looks great, can't wait to try that trick with the reindeer moss
Lovely piece, and great to hear about someone playing Moonstone. Not mich around me, but enjoy the feel.of the game and the minis.
I hope you are doing okay i really love your content
Uh oh, supernatural shenanigans again, that poor frog
How is Moonstone? The minis look lovely, I do love a gobbo.
that styrene plate tip is fucking Choice! nice budget tip
Noice!!
"Cockblock technique" for slapchop got me good 😂
I’m running out of wordplays for it already!
Mate I love it...I have awful shaky hands and can't paint a miniature for shit unless basic contrast ways but this is awesome thanks dude
I bought the same glue gun, we're glue gun buds

Oi ya Chief Wankster.... great build
Where is that Final Fantasy 9 figure from!?! Drawing a blank on the name of the character since I'd always change them to something silly😂 but would love to find all those characters as it's one of my favorite final fantasy games!
Is that a GSI Creos you're using there, legend? 🙃
Does anyone know where I could get this window thing? I have no clue how to search for this thing online...
Hey Dave, great video. I'm about to head off to Japan for my honeymoon in a couple weeks and I was wondering if there was one place in particular that you would recommend for hobby stuff? I know you got a awesome looking stuck of stuff and was hoping to do something similar, if a little scaled down.
Hi mate! Congratulations! Best hobby shops I found were on the Akihabara strip, but I bought most stuff from Hard Off, Hobby Off and Madarake. Those guys have shops here there and everywhere! Have fun!
@@MSPaints thanks Dude! I will be sure to check them out, and hopefully not bore the other half to death.
Is that some Yakuza music I hear?
