Made two of these eggs to go with the two chicks I made for my nieces from your other video. This project was pleasantly easier then I expected. Thank you for your great videos! Money is tight for me this year and this still allows me to give gifts to family and friends without out spending much money at all since I can usually find my yarn at thrift stores!
I have tried following serval of your videos now but I cant seem to get the hang of tightening it into the ball shape in all of the ones I've watched have you got any recommendations of what else I can try or any other videos where this is simpler or easier to follow for younger people with less experience?
Hi Denise - another wonderful tutorial. I didn't think I'd manage as I'm not very confident knitting flat but your clear, step by step guide was WONDERFUL!! Am just about to fill my first one and am so excited to see it finished and get my glue gun out to decorate it. Quick question if you don't mind- could I scale it up to the next size loom to make a bigger one do you think? Our church has an Easter egg display next weekend and I'd love to make a big one for the display. Many thanks and much love. Ps - I love your stitch markers - so pretty. Xx
The loom is a large gauge loom and can be used for #5 yarn. In fact, that is the recommended weight but I use all kinds- it’s all about the pattern and the stitch
They are so cute. However, I tried to make one 3 times and each time I was unable to do the drawstring. I tried 3 different types but none of them worked. This may be above my ability. You did a really good job explaining. I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong.
Buy the written pattern: loomahat.store/products/easter-eggs THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT !!! 💛💛💛
I just found this video, just in time for Easter. Can't wait to make some!
Make a lot of them - they are super fun to decorate !!! Plus they don't go bad, they don't break and there's no mess. Win Win Win 😆
Lovely idea. I'm going to try this tonight, so I can decorate my front door for Easter.

Where would you put the markers on each of the other size looms?
I don't have a sewing needle. Do you have a version that doesn't require a sewing needle?
Sorry I don't
Really cute 🥚

This is great thank you.
You're very welcome! 💛
Can you use a plastic Easter egg and stick it inside of it instead of poly fill?
can you do this project with 6 weight yarn?
You can but I wouldn’t recommend it.
@@LoomaHat Thank you for the help!
Cute😍
Did u use a loom for #5 yarn or the loom for light weight yarn?
The loom is a large gauge loom and can be used for #5 yarn. In fact, that is the recommended weight but I use all kinds- it’s all about the pattern and the stitch
LoomaHat.com thank you!!!

HAPPY EASTER 🐰 LUV UR WORKIT'S BEAUTIFUL
P.S. DO U THINK U BE ABLE TO MAKE BARE FEET SANDLES ON THE LOOM
Super sent different patterns
They WILL look cute with the chicks and not get rotten like Erica and Susan said.
So 15 rows all around? Not just the longer side?
Yes- your total of ALL your rows combined should add up to 15
i don't get it :( i am sad
Why are you using an upside-down cross as a marker that's just sick
Bernie - not sure what you’re looking at - I’m not using an upside down cross - but as a Christian , Christ lives in my heart not a charm
It looks like a little + to me, it's not a cross.
