I think gyarados is not a good pokemon in this deck because the retreat cost is too high, you may have problems just like the second game and you need 4 water energys to atack, in a eletrick and water deck you will depend on misty, i would recomend articuno because it deals damage to the bench sinergysing with dragonite and the retreat cost is lower
I think you’re running way too many Pokémon. You’re running I believe four once you evolve on. I would cut down to two maybe three. Definitely three at the most. From what I’ve been watching other people playing 2 to 3 is the optimal you want to have. You’re clogging your deck up and making it harder to evolve into the ones you really want to use the most. You could cut some of them out so your deck wouldn’t be clogged up and be able to have more items and supporter cards that would help you to evolve quicker. The other benefit is you could add more Sabrina‘s. And I hate coin flip cards. It seems the odds of flipping what you want always work against you.

I used this deck at the beginning, mine had 2 mistys (they are necesary) and 2 lapras, gyrados is slow when you already building dragonite. I feel like optimal meta on all decks is having 4 basics. And all aceleration. So in this decl youll have 8 pokemon 2 mistys, 2 oaks, 2 red card (or xspped), 2 pokeball, 2 sabrinas and 2 of potions.
he takes too long to set up by the time he’s going most decks don’t mind spending 1 energy to retreat their pokemon, he also give them free retreats in certain circumstances sabrina is good because you have control over when it triggers, pidgeott is a fun card since there’s not many cards but he isn’t good
Can you not win just knocking out 3 bench Pokemon? On the mirror you said you had to deal 100 to articuno but you were guaranteed to KO one in the back and win anyways right?
@@ManOlantern12 i like tcg online, but i can also appreciate a faster pace game like this. I don't want to sit there and wait for my opponent to finish their for 5 minutes, too much downtime, where as this game has it a bit more streamlined imo.

Bro the game only released in New Zealand lol the rest of the world is gonna get it later at the END of Oct lol. That means we will be late for over 50+ packs
They should transfer the point system to the main tcg. It would improve the game so much. Having a random 10% of your deck not avaible every match brings a huge RNG factor in the game and you are forced to play extra copies of certain cards in your deck, just in case they are prized. Plus, there are not many effects in the game that really interact with the prize cards anyway. Cards like Iono that only count the number of points left, would still function exactly the same. If you want to keep the reward for taking a point, just let the player decide if he wants to draw a card or not.
I completely agree. They should totally retool the game that's been around for decades to make it more in line with this generic dumbed down version that was designed to sell digital cards.

Misty is such a terrible card… 50% chance to do nothing, an effective 0 for 1. 25% chance to get more than 1 energy really doesn’t seem worth it.
Zapdos is a waste. Use Kangaskan. It has more HP and with just one energy you can do damage.

You don‘t need to include the type of pkmn to generate that basic energy. The game produces the energy off of the energy types needed for your attacks
