Dragonite is a cool deck idea in general since it works with multiple options so you can customize it to your play style a little with things like hypno, weezing, pidgeot, etc and it is fairly cheap. Best EX in tcg pocket? Exeggutor, it has a 1 energy 40-80 damage move. Its kinda hard to keep up with compared to the other EX cards that require 2 or more energy. Egg go bonk.

Heres my Dragonite stall: 2x Drowsy 2x Hypno 2x Kangaskhan OR Tauros (or almost anything you want really) 2x Dratini 2x Dragonair 2x Dragonite 2x pokeball 2x Xspeed 2x P. Oak 2x Sabrina. Set energy to water/electric only. Snorlax and Chansey have more HP for stall but their energy investment is just too high. Hypno stays on the bench for sleeps only, it seems like a really slept on card and my preferred method of sleeping because it costs 0 energy and it doesnt even need to be active. Frostmoth is nice but with Hypno sleeping and Kanga/Tauros active, you're putting out slightly more damage
Man, that one guy yapping about pokeballs and koffing/weezing was so annoying lmfao. The point of the deck is that Weezing does damage without needing energy so you can funnel into Dragonite. It doesn't matter if he only poisons one pokemon per game, you can almost think of him as like a ramp card since him not needing energy to successfully fill a role allows you to put that energy towards your actual gameplan. The deck looks super fun
personally i'd run this deck with frosmoth if you're looking to stall for nite. Meowth is definitely good too to help get to the rest of your cards, honestly I like to run meowth in most of my decks lol. the list I like to run right now is this and it's been working very nicely for me: snom x2 frosmoth x2 dratini x2 dragonair x2 dragonite x2 meowth x2 research x2 pokeball x2 misty x2 x-speed x1 sabrina x1
@@under9081 frostmoth isn’t good for this deck at all, because it costs energy to attack so it’s just not a good choice, the only choices there really is, is snorlax for just pure HP no evolution, or the lineup most use for slightly less hp+ability to withdraw Pokémon to save points from enemy, and a 0 cost ability that does some damage
I wanted to build this deck, so I did a reroll, I got the immersive mewtwo and then two dragonite full arts, now I just want some basic cards to complete the deck.
Game is extremely fun, I only wish we could open more packs per day for free. I also wish we could still open Genetic Apex sets even after the new sets drop to remove FOMO from the game.
You should try 2 gardevoir line with mewtwo ex and rest supporters and items to find them. After the set you can add 3 energies per turn and use the 4 cost move every turn

it's not really complicated, 2x gardevoir line, 2x Mewtwo ex, 2x meowth, 2x poke, 2x oak. The rest is a mix between adding in Jynx and or Hypno line and various items/trainer flex spots
just put 2 garde evo line, 2 mewtwo, 2 oak, 2 pokeball, 1 sabrina, 2 retreat, and 1 potion in my deck i add 1 evo line gengar, is nice for mirroring match up, mewtwo cannot 1 shot gengar 😂
Charizard ex guy botched that game. You randomly played a second Meowth and was locked out of board space, all he had to do was build up another mon and use it to kill the Weezing, then you'd be forced to promote Dragonite, which would die instantly from the 200 damage, and there was no way you'd build another Dragonite in time. But he hastly promoted the Zard and wasted the 200 attack on Weezing. tsctsc...

someone in chat brought up Frosmoth, you could run Misty + Frosmoth so you don't end up slowing the powering up Dragonite process

Can swap the Weezing line for Hypno and the sleep effect instead of poison. And swap the Meowth for Snom line for even more sleep
Meowth seems necessary for draw. The faster you get your cards online the better. And fros costs 2 energy to sleep
