Thanks for another great review, july/ august always a little busy
No Problem at all, thanks for watching, Agree, before Darcie-may was in school we used to go late June, it was a lot quiter then 😁. Thanks for watching and happy camping James
…crying at the entertainment 😂 brilliant! How odd/funny 😂
Oh my god it was so weird, i don't think I got across how out there it was. 😂🤣
Just watching this now. Just trying to work out where you parked your car?
Ah. Just seen. Parked in car park. 😀
@@heyholetstow Yeh the did have a car park at the site entrance, I did squeeze it on the pitch the first night but put some horrible scratches from the bushes down the side. 😣
@@CaravanEscapades101 oh no. The whole site looked so tight and packed. I’d have been a nervous wreck.
We have just arrived at the same site TA13. We were lucky in that the pitch was fairly deep, so spun the caravan around so it was across the back. Was tight getting down the pitch road😊
Wow I wish we were back. We were on TA09 so the same road as you. I think I know the pitch slightly deeper than the one we had. I did struggle to get out with the twin axle and the MB. I did wonder if I should have just motor moved the van to the lane at the end and hitched up then. Have a great time. And thanks for watching.
Pitches look rather small, but at least you had nice weather!
Hi, the one we were on was small. They do have some larger ones, but we left it too late this year. The weather was good though thanks for watching . Happy Camping. James
Been a few times but to statics great area
Hi Thanks for watching, We do love it in that area. Happy Camping. James
Swingers capital of Europe
If Only I knew that when I we where there 🤣
Hi guys hope your holiday is going fine. Im thinking doing France next year just myself and the wife could you recommend any sites to look at. Is it common for the sites to be tight as i dont have a motor mover.
Hi Simon, We are back now, Wish we were back there. How far down are you thinking of going and any area in particular. We only find the sites in the south to be tight, Some wont except twin Axels. The rest of France we have found the pitches to be more than adequate, in some cases you could fit 4 caravans and awnings on one pitch. One great thing about French pitches is you can put the Caravan anyway you want and can put anything on the pitch. you can fill it,. I would look at the ACSI App for sites as well we use that when traveling up and down and don't book in advance. Hope that Helps. Happy Camping. James
Looks lovely ther me and missis been caravaning prob 5 urs now but we’ve just bought a new swift sprite major 6 and I’ve said to missis bout going to France etc how long did it take to drive to the site and wer in France did u get off the ferry
Hi Thanks for Watching, and congratulations on the new Caravan. France is great and you will love it, Driving in France is so much easier than in the UK. So we drove all the way to the South of France and took 4 days to get to the site in the south from Nottingham, However that's because we wanted to do it that way, we enjoy taking our time down and back up again and love to find little sites to stop at, different ones every time. It is doable in 2 days, but can be tiering, I have know people do it in one big push by sharing the driving, but that's not for us. Hope that helps, I would encourage you to try France even if you just go to the North for your first trip, We go to the south as we are guaranteed the the good weather. We have found by going to the North if its Wet in the UK it will be Wet in France. Happy Camping James
@@CaravanEscapades101 👍😊

Hi I have watched back and selected captions and they come up. So not sure what is happening. Hope you get it sorted, James
