She has been, in being twice reversed on appeal, with particularly pointed public comments. But otherwise, you are right, she hasn't been - tho' what I understand from other comments, is that her worst, most blatently biased, actions are delays - and there's no rule against that. Sneaky, hey.

Unlike the democrat judges, in the Trump trials, Cannon has not done anything wrong.
Federal judges have a lot of autonomy. Her 'manager' is the 11th Circuit Court. They bench slapped her twice for inserting herself into the investigation. She learned how to avoid provoking the circuit court zapping her again by delaying everything, but not giving Smith anything to appeal.
I am amazed how we call ourselves the greatest country and lecture the world over about how a democracy should be, and here in our homeland the so-called justices make a complete mockery of the justice system. The idea of selections is so rotten it seems that it shows up the social standards are definitely decaying.

The judge sees that another politician messed with docs worse and won't get tried. So, she doesn't want this double standard brought to her court when she is supposed apply the law when others are breaking the same crime and the that person won't get prosecuted.

That other politician bot oinly possess far fewer documents, he brought the matter to the attention of the NA as soon as it was availed to him. The politician under indictment did the opposite. He filed a false affidavit attesting that he'd surrendered all documents (he hadn't, that's why the FBI raided his Mar-a-Lago residence). The other politician was fully cooperative and was deemed unworthy of prosecution by the DoJ. The politician under indictment ordered staff to hide boxes of stolen documents and to erase close-circuit TV evidence of staff doing so. That's obstruction of justice. If you can't see the glaring difference, perhaps it's because you don't understand the law, or you're a blind MAGA partisan, or both.

It was clearly shown that when Hunter Biden was convicted, neither President Biden nor Democrats riled against the jury decision. It was clearly shown that when Senator Menendez was indicted, Pres Biden and Dems stood with the law. It was clearly shown that Maga Congressional Committees (3 of them) have been trying to impeach Pres Biden for 3 years. But have found zero evidence (that could be used in court, not on Fox) .
The problem with judges is that they are appointed by politicians. They should be appointed by other people who knows the law. A president should have no business appointing judges.
