It will be very interesting if you somehow obtain the Platinum Avohkii and G2 Gold Masks. Might be cheaper to make them in those metals yourself, rather than searching for the contest winners that got them. The Mask of Earth can also be found on UA-cam, its winner posted a video showcasing it.
A personal story about a duck. I had the chance to purchase one in the early nineties. I was a child at the time so opted for what I knew and got the bricks instead. A shame because the lady only want $3 for the duck.
On the other had, you were a child so you may have damaged the duck

I don't know anything about the lego universe, or how I got here, but I dig your enthusiasm for it.
You could go to a jeweler and have a gold version of those masks for made for less.
You could also 3D print any piece you want. It’s not the same as having the official one made by Lego.

Well that’s cannot be - that’s not how the auction site works - you cannot be outbid in the last second. It updates and adds 60-90 seconds more, when a bid comes in 1 minutes or less before auction is ending.

That is amazing you have the Ferguson. Such an epic set! We just recently acquired a Villy Thomsen...though we weren't fortunate enough to get it from a tour! I bet that was amazing.

Just wondering do you have or know about the lego life minifigure or the life mini Statue of Liberty. I got them awhile ago from a live New York event and haven’t found anyone with any other copies. I took them to used lego stores (Atlanta brick co and Andy’s brick shop and a few others) but they had never seen them before. I’m not looking to sell them but I was really wondering if there was someone out there who had heard of them.

So I'm here in South Africa where you can't get 90% of the stuff you see on these videos, and where the lists of shops that ship here on Bricklink is maybe 2 pages and the postage is often more than the item. I love seeing these lists and many times regret not storing all the sets I got back in the 80's and 90's. Right now I just want all 4 Turtles coz Donatello is getting pretty lonely, but there are none to be found locally. It's still very motivating to see that even the best of us don't have everything. Keep up the good work Chris. ^_^7

You know what there’s a relatively cheap set on your wishlist called “The Melon Farm” I could try getting ahold of it if there’s any Ninjago or city sets even a few Marvel sets on the list that I may have (used condition) mostly Ninjago reply to this comment because I have some 2018-2020 Marvel sets and some 2021-2023 Ninjago sets maybe instead of money how about a trade, I have been looking for Ninjago sets from seasons 1-10 for awhile but in that time I had no interest in the sets, only the show now I really want old Ninjago sets, Epic Dragon Battle, Fire Temple, Temple Of Resurrection, Dragon Pit, Temple Of Light, Lloyd’s Titan Mech, Fangpyre Wrecking Ball, Land Bounty, Misfortune’s Keep, Battle Of Ninjago City, Samurai X Cave Chaos are sets that I have wanted for awhile

Great video and channel, and you may already know this, but for other folks who might read it:
It’s impossible to be outbid at the last second in online auctions if you actually bid the amount you are willing to pay.
Waiting until the last second to try to snipe is just asking for someone to snipe from you.
If you are willing to pay 5K, but only bid 4K, someone else can bid 4.5K and win for $4001.
If you bid 5K and someone tries to snipe at 4.5K you will win for $4501.
Sniping is good for trying to get an item for less than you’re willing to pay, but if you really want it, bid the maximum amount you are willing to pay. You’ll always win unless someone wants to pay more than you do.

Got to always take the value estimates from rarest Lego minifigures with a HUGE grain of salt. Some of them are stupendously overvalued by him

@@TheRandompaint Partly from the valuation in prior articles. His collection has only grown since then. His sets have a wide range of values and some are pretty significant. The average value per set is high because of that.

wow i own 24 of those sets from the bricklink wanted list and have instructions and the box for them. i used to play with most of them and some are still on display till this date. my collection is by far not that big but seeing some of the sets on a wishlist from someone that i thought had it all is quite impressive. and i have very fond memories with most of the sets. intrssting video. luckily for me,my purse and my sanity i have no intresst in those hyper rare minifigs etc. im happy with regular sets. my "whitest" whale is the lego ideas dr who. one day one day maybe
