Hello dear friends
Today i am sharing with you all a very special recipe which is Coffee Pastry. This is a coffee sponge cake with chocolate whipped cream frosting. This pastry comes out very soft and moist. It chocolate frosting enhances the taste of pastry. It look so beautiful. You can make this cake for New Year Or any other occasion. This cake is very easy to make with very common ingredients. ~Ingredients for Coffee Pastry~
Measuring cup used- 200ml
Cake tin used- 7"× 3"× 3.5"
For Coffee Sponge
Maida or Refined flour- 1 cup+ 1/4 cup or-180 g approx
Instant Coffee Powder- 2 tsp
Refined oil- 1/4 cup or 50 ml
Sugar- 1/2 cup or 100g
Milk- 1/2 cup +1/4 cup or 150 ml
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Vinegar- 1 tsp
Milk powder- 4 tbsp
Baking powder- 1 TSP
Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp
For Chocolate Whipped Cream
Chilled whipping cream(sweetened)- 1 cup
Cocoa Powder- 2 tbsp
For Coffee Syrup
Instant Coffee Powder- 1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tsp
Warm water- 4 tbsp
Chocolate sprinkles for decoration
