Thanks for the review, Armin. From first time this bow appears i was very curious about its performance. Reviews like this, with your very objetives test and opinions, are the facts who makes your archery channel second to none
Armin, I bought one of these for my wife. It is 25# and she loves it! ☺ This tiny bow is really light and handy, and the arrows are surprisingly fast considering the size and draw weight. The arriws he provided are also pretty and fly very nicely....happy wife, happy life! The bow with 6 arrows and shipping was right at $100.00....not bad at all
Thanks Armin for the review, I bought the bow around 3 months ago. Its a really fun little shooter. But after about 30 shots, a small piece of the siyah snapped off where the string rests. Luckily Arif helped me out with a solution through speedy communication and I was able to repair the bow. I still shoot it almost daily. Overall, it's great for its price and I would recommend buying one of these. Thanks Armin
I got my Tiny Bows in and all I can say is wow! My draw is 26 inch and can shoot them Mediterranean draw. My two sons draw 27 and 28 inch Med Draw and they have no problem either. Little to no finger pinch and zero pinch at 26"! I sent Arif an email to buy 3 more if he thinks he can build them 50ish pounds at 26 inch! My favorite bow ever. So, I have you to thank for making me aware of them and Arif for his magic bows 👍

@@ArminHirmer you are my new favorite channel. I shot traditional archery for 30 years. I kind of quit because of my shoulders being worn from shooting a heavy longbow. I have rehabbed them. So, now I will enter the horsebow game. I have an Alibow Turkish coming in today. You have created a monster!
cool. there are numerous drawings of bows being that small and could still be drawn pretty far. this is the first time I've seen one in actual use. thanks
I understand what you mean, with bows such as these, the forward khatra happens almost automatically. I have a short Turkish bow, the movement feels very natural with it, I think it's because of shape of the grip and small size. Shame about the broken siyahs, nice little bow nonetheless though!
I have used a short powerful Bear recurve bow for home security twice over the last 50 years. When the home invader saw me at full draw he said don't shoot and fled my house. Both my security bows are 50# @ 28". A Bear Supermag @ 48". And a Bear Grizzly @ 58" . I hunt pheasants on the wing.🎯 Robin Hood lives.
That’s an awesome bow! I feel like it must really push how short you can make a fiberglass bow with siyahs and still have a 28” draw. I wonder how much shorter you could make it, or how much thicker the fiberglass could be.
Good morning, I apologize but I do not understand if you also sell the bows or if it only reviews them. I would be interested in learning how to use the kind of bow you rewiew but being a beginner I would buy something that is not too out of proportion for me. Couldn't you tell me if there are sellers of this type of bow in Italy? Or if you could buy it from you? Thank you in advance for your time.
Hi. I have one here from Arif Budiman. But when you check all my other videos, you will find many other nice bows. I am sure even in Italy. If not I can help
My Arif Budiman bow has just arrived. Its nice and small. I can shoot it sitting cross-legged if I want. 😅 The whole bow seems to be slightly thinner (less wide) on mine. Maybe the thinner it is, the better the accuracy. Arif did say this one (the mother bow to the bow Armin is using) was more accurate.
Thanks Armin for the review, I bought the bow around 3 months ago. Its a really fun little shooter. But after about 30 shots, a small piece of the siyah nock snapped off where the string rests. @@ArminHirmer oh yes, I remember watching that. Arif must have taken your advice on packaging the bow appropriately as mine came wrapped in a pvc pipe that had been heated and moulded to fit the shape of the bow. It was very secure. Keep up the good work. Huge Fan.

Indian Rosewood is not endangered. I buy it for guitar fretboards all the time. Brazilian Rosewood on the other hand, is very endangered. Shit's practically worth its weight in gold for luthiers. Luthiers like me shell out big bucks for old growth Brazilian Rosewood slabs that were bought back in the day before the import ban on it. Like a piece of stock large enough to make a fretboard can fetch anywhere from $150 to over $300 depending on the grain pattern/quality and who you're buying it from. A piece the proper size to make a simple headstock veneer will fetch around $75, up to well north of $100 in many cases. Wanna make a top or a body for a solid body electric build? Expect to pay a bare minimum of $500, if not well upward of $1,000. I got lucky once and snagged a book matched set for a top for about $250 that I ended up using on a semi-hollow body electric build. I didn't intend on selling it initially, but some high roller saw it while I had it at a local shop as a display piece for my work, and the shop owner was told to tell everyone that it wasn't sale. However when the guy said "price is no object", the owner called me and put me on the phone with him. That guy must have more money than sense, because the amount of money he was utterly obscene. Over three and a half times, almost FOUR times what I've charged for my most expensive custom build contract to date. I played hard to get but admittedly it took every ounce of my will to prevent a knee-jerk "YES" as soon as he made his offer lol. Anyway, yeah Indian Rosewood is used pretty widely across the guitar market for fretboards. Sometimes you'll see it available for neck laminates or body/headstock veneers as well, but it's most commonly seen as the industry standard as one of the two most widey used and widely available fretboard/fingerboard material choices.
I need a short bow, looking at the Turkish bows from alibow.... but this is shorter, where can i buy one? Can't find them online. I don't use Facebook.
I think you may be able to get away with gluing those tips using a two part epoxy, and to make sure spread the epoxy over the join, and once set you can sand it down it should be perfectly serviceable. Great video as always keep it up.

In the U.K. we have an epoxy putty that would fix those tips no problem, it’s sometimes called “instant metal” or “Quicksteel putty” etc. It’s just like putty until it goes off really easy to shape, but when it sets I’ve never managed to break the stuff.
