Interesting to use oats as a binder for meatloaf. Some people use bread crumbs. I would probably use bread crumbs. Maybe that's just me.

I put onions and green pepper in my meat loaf.. I also put great value mild salsa in it.. I put ritz crackers also.. my grandson loves it.. Try it
