*start turn *have 3 memory off mimi *have level 5 in breeding. *raise it *digivolve leopard for 3 *hard play rookie/champ with leopard *digivolve leopardmon x for 0 cost with proto *hard play another deva with leo x for 0 cost *put another level 5 into breeding *mimi raise it *continue *do something else to pass turn 3 cost end board 3 to 4 digimon (depending if leopard played something, rookie or champ), 2 level 5 digimon, 1 level 6 digimon, 1 level 3-4 digimon. And they’re all blockers. Also antylamon is pretty crazy on paper, alliance tap a lv5 for 15,000 DP total, 2 checks, survive obviously, end of atk gain 1 security. He’s like the hidden aggro part of the deck.
Have you considered adding any other Tamers like the 3 cost Taiga? Also, I’m running more of the Alliance package like the Lopmon and Double Typhoon. I personally like the addition of searching for Tamers with Double Typhoon and its Security effect has come in clutch for me.
I did try a build early on that used Taiga and no devas. You can see it in the Leopardmon vs. Beelstarmon video that posted around the release of ex5. I have not revisited it since because it was very bricky.
@@StratosFTW Understandable. I feel the same way as I am experimenting with mine. I've leaned heavily towards devas as well but I am running a one of BT8 Rapidmon to clear floodgates and to evo into MegaGargomon Ace early if the opportunity allows it. I'm running 3 Mimi and 1 Taiga for the Rapidmon effects and for the situation where I evo into Leopard, drop the Terrier that reduces Tamers by 2, drop the Taiga for 1. Which I then evo into LeopardX for free. Taiga also helps with the reduction of Quartzmon and your other lvl 6's compared to X Antibody only providing the free evo into LeopardX.
You must be running more rookies then cuz I almost never digivolve into a lvl 4, making bt8 rapid super inconsistent. Protoform provides a lot more than just reduced digivolution cost. It also serves as a consistency piece because it allows you to go from lvl 5 to leopard x in case you don't have base leopard while still reducing play cost by 7. It also allows you to recycle your pieces when the stack dies
@@StratosFTW Yeah, I’m running two more rookies as I opted for Lopmon Alliance. From playtesting I have noticed that I do end up with a LeopardX and no OG Leopard in sight for a while. I will most likely add a one of Protoform to see how it works compared to having a Taiga.
