This is a very difficult song like from Broadway. He uses vocals to act different roles. Like little girl , dragon, young man, and voice-over speech. He can produce dolphin vocal sound, or sing with classicial Opera way. Disney should hire him to sing in a movie.

After Zhou Shen got the permission to sing this song from the composer of this song. His teacher Gao Xiao Song (famous composer and music producer and director) helped rearranged this song for Zhou Shen. Zhou Shen has studied voice acting before, he had have wanted to be voice actor but ended up becoming a singer. (Thank God! 🥳) It took 4 or 5 days for Zhou Shen to learn to sing and dance this song. So yea, aside from his personal height (he’s 5’3.5”), nothing is impossible for him. 😂. He always amazes me, how the heck can that little body produces such powerful voice. 🥰🥰

Ok, so this is my absolute favourite performance of Zhou Shen. I loved it sooo much that I wanted to understand the lyrics of the song (I kind of realised it had a fun story) and I looked around on youtube until I found a reactor who translated it. Unfortunately I could not find a video of just the performance with subs... so I decided to make my own. I had to get a video editing program... then learn how to use the program... then match the translated lyrics from the reactor's video to the performance video. Since I don't understand a word of mandarin I had to match the lyrics by listening first to the video with the translation, then go to the performance video and try and find where he start the syllables matching the first video. Let's just say it took me about 7 hours to put subtitles on the 4 minute performance video. But now I watch it at least once a week. It's just so much fun.

This story is similar to a fairy tale in the United States (a young man kills a dragon to save the country and finally marries a princess). This song is amazing because Zhou Shen sung in three main chars with different tone, young girl, teenage and dragon. The name of dragon is long and tongue tricky, which needs a lot of practice to sing in two different versions and tones.

The chorus is all about names of the hero which is the male’s voice and the princess you know and the deeper male’s voice and the dragon
The names are kind of complicated and long even hard to say and it’s more like tongue twister

神級演唱，一個人演一齣歌劇，加了極樂淨土跟第五元素!前面還是是哈利波特的前奏呢, 厲害!娛樂性兼具藝術性，幾乎無法喚氣的節拍，不同聲線的音調，以及毫無關聯難背的要命的歌詞，舞步跟手勢與歌詞的配合剛好!令人嘆為觀止！那个变声的声带机能，要去学个四年以上!美声才可能气息稳定!換那麼多人物角色唱，一定很融入裡面情節，才可以唱出這樣完美音色!一人嗓音七变，分饰小姑娘、少年、国王、巨龙、旁白等多角，歌词绕口，电音、童音、海豚音、男声、女声、婴儿声、美声、通俗、民族一起上，唱功实在了得!家裡孩子有類似這唱歌之功就可以早點培養歌手了!这歌我不知道这世界上还有谁能唱成这样?好像没有!可以調整0.75跟1.25倍效果都不一樣!
