@Alpha Elite not drinking isnt equal to being square and boring tho, im quite fun and open, i just really dont like alcohol, its like 🤔 how some people just dont like spam, i can drink, i find it ok to drink, i just dont want it
Mate, I'm right back at you. Ten years ago I came across one of your videos. You inspired the shit out of me. Now, ten years later, I experienced everything: working tipsy in a bar, creating content for a nightplace and even managing a club. This all during my student life, and just wanna say: thanks for the inspirational ride !
Man, I’ve been following this channel for YEARS. I just got a job as a bartender without any experience and I watched this whole series after struggling for a couple of days and it really pushed me up to the next level. Thanks for the videos man
Best layering tech video I've seen by far, love the extra options/flair with the spiral and the cherry. Also it just seems like common sense now that you've said it, but I never would've thought toadd vodka to a liqueur to change density, bloody awesome!
I swear the comment section of these videos are at least 20% people who don't drink but just like this guy's energy, vibes and ability to teach. Myself included of course
I appreciate how the video highlights the importance of density and using the appropriate tools to achieve clean and distinct layers. The presenter's tips and tricks, such as using the back of a spoon or pouring slowly over the edge of a glass, are invaluable for achieving picture-perfect results.
i m watching from japan. your lecture is so kind and interesting. my english skill is very low because i understand your english 10-20%. i representing subscribe.
I’m a very new bartender and your course is just so helpful and informative. The way you explain the ingredients and the steps just makes it easy to understand. I literally walked into the bar with confidence after watching you and acted like I knew what I was doing lol
Honestly this ability for mixing and stacking densities is pretty amazing for chemistry as well as practical use for bio research when dealing with organic fluids and integrations. TIPSY I LOVE YOU KEEP STACKING AND BRINGING THE HOME BOYS AND HOME GIRLS CLAPPING!
@@hdhil3137It's both. Chemistry involves a lot of understanding the differences in densities between various fluids to know how they'll react with one another here. But all of chemistry still relies on physics to make sense of everything that's happening as part of it.
Hes a great educator because he is also a brilliant communicator and oozes passion. He loves what he does and it shows. Anyone can learn their subject and attend a teaching course, but you cant teach passion. He has it in bucket loads!
hey my friend just wanted to say i have made so many cocktails and learnt so much from u this year thank u so much for bringing me such joy to bartending 🥃💨
I absolutely LOVE Midori and have been sorta winging recipes on my own, but I always wanted to try my hand at layering and this is the perfect recipe to try it with
Amazing!!! More alcohol helps liquid float, more sugar makes it sink. Drizzle over barspoon/cherry/side of glass to control the mix/layering. Attempting to bone up for a potential gig and who better to learn with than the man himself, Skye!!!! :D
as a fairly new bartender (ive only been doing it for 5 months for the same restaurant ive been at) the bar spoon technique with the spirals astounded me! thnk you so much for the tips
I suppose I would say I watch these videos casually, but I love them. It makes approaching entry level and higher drink making much less daunting and scary lol. Shoutout to the host and everyone behind the scenes to make these, great informative work !
VERY helpful and informative. Love your energy and enthusiasm and I especially appreciate your explanation on why some alcohols float and why some sink. Plus, the tip on how to change the behavior of a liquid was great! Thank you!
Also fun little trick you can do with that “slow pour” but with coffee and creamer. Pour in coffee as normal however the coffee will be the top layer. Use a spoon or other slow pour method to pour the creamer. Creamer will sit at the bottom since it’s more dense. Then all you gotta do is mix it and your coffee will turn light brown. Neat little trick you can do to put a smile on a kiss face or impress a friend briefly
Omg I love this channel so much, not only is this an amazing class for free but the way you said "fear not my son, or my daughter, or my friend" pls ily never stop being iconic
In Czechia there is a popular mixed shot, called Semafor (traffic light) you mix griotte in the bottom, cream liquere in the middle and peppermint Liqueur on the top
I definitely wanna show off using these techniques. Im not a bartender. But i will for sure be acting like one❣️thanks for the tips! Im off to the liquor store!
I no longer drink.... But I tell you, I love watching his mixology skills..... Can't stop watching.....i hope this doesn't cause me to start drinking again...lol
Dude, just discovered your channel and it's awesome! You do such an amazing job explaining things! And your accent makes the whole video way more enjoyable! Blessings from Harlem!
great video you explain very good the density, my mom explain how to layer a long time ago (I have a family of alcoholics) now i want a cocktail spoon and a shaker to impress my friends with good and beautifull drinks ps : all tour cocktails seem really good
I must say that I was just passing by and got cought by this. I´m no a bartender, neither got any experience on that matter. But I must say I got inspired start on this. Good stuff. Thanks a lot. Greetings from Honduras
I got to see my dad explain to a female bartender how to make a Snake Bite, this was because she messed it up twice. Seeing the Guinness separate from the Angry Orchard which I think was the other alcohol component blew my mind as a teenager who has never seen something like that before. It was beautiful and fascinating at the same time. My dad was a bartender in college for over 12 years.
“my son, or my daughter, or my friend” thank you for being inclusive with it made my day better
I don't drink alcohol but, the man is such an amazing educator that it's really interesting to watch.
I dont drink either but those layered drinks look so cool and tasty, tho i probably wont like it 😂
@@mike7546 won't like it why?
@@sowhat... because alcohol is toxic

How this person talks with their hands gives me life
Using the spirals on the spoon is very impressive.
Hey brother you should do more of these technique vids. This was awesome.
He literally just uploaded a whole series. It’s awesome
Chemistry lesson… 👏👏👏
There are tonnes of tb videos
Agreed dude🤙🔥

How's the weather in UK?
I followed this exactly, step by step with precise execution. I ended up with the most delicious brown and grey drinks I've ever had.
😅
Love that you show all the different techniques, and love the humour. Absolutely stellar.
I swear the comment section of these videos are at least 20% people who don't drink but just like this guy's energy, vibes and ability to teach. Myself included of course
Count me as one of those. Beer or wine, but no hard stuff. The clear ice is what got me though.

As a multi-unit Bar owner I love Tipsy Bartender! you rock man!
Not a bartender or a mixed drink person, but these videos are making me want to try it out lol
me too, i like how he tought us the voice is loud and clear and it's easy to do, but the problem is where i could get those drinks that he used?

just got a job as a bartender and this was my main issue, never knew it was so easy and you could do it with the spoon spiral! Thanks!

This person is not a joke .👍men thank you for your skills.

This guy should become a chemistry teacher, more students would lean towards science 😂
Yeah but they would also become lifelong alcoholics

I love alcohol, and i love making my own cocktail or mocktail by my self..learning new things..tipsy bartender u just got a new dedicated follower
👏I learned something today for sure. Pretty pumped to try switching up some density
Use vodka, good vodka is pure alcohol+water, its tasteless, so you do not change the taste of your drink, while adding it to the mix.
This is so far my best channel
you are the Best bartender in the World 💯
I do not go to the bar regularly, but I just love this video because it's interesting, and you have an amazing personality
Wow this is amazing 👍👍🍹🍹🍸🍸
Hooked me with the “clear ice” video. Coming back to learn more about everything on earth. Cheers.
This is the best series on the chanel
I started making cocktails as a hobby, got a little bartender kit and everything. But this was baffling me, lol. Thanks for this video!
Your passion shines through in your demonstration. Thank you!
cool. someone would say layers are corny but what you made are awesome.
I’m really into science and I see bartending is it’s own kind of science which looks really neat.
This is my fave part of your tutorial so far!
Homeboy! This is amazing and super relaxing.
Dude, Navier and Stokes salute you!
I rarely drink and that was very very impressive. Keep up the Great work.
Thank you so much for the video, I try to do it in my restaurant and the results make me so excited not so beautiful as the video but I made it!
This is so amazing and easily the most impressive trick to do at a party
