Please consult a doctor...I had a problem in breathing but probably that was for a trauma of an incident which happened to me and this lasted 1 month and a few weeks too..I began to do yogas and exercises and obviously naro shodan then slowly my trauma goes away and it's normal now..
But the thing is that traum was internally hidden in me doc even said that I even couldn't understand that that trauma remained a bit in me as I was thinking that I was not afraid or tensed anymore for that situation..so this happens.butu should consult with a doctor..
