- Vintage: for old-style Fd2 mid-heavy tones that cut through the mix.
- FM: stands for "flat-mids" offering a more natural sound but enhanced for even more transparency. It sounds great on a strat's Neck Pickup, truly spectacular!
- CompCut: removes the bounding from the feedback loop allowing for Monster Clean Boost tones and some rougher OD sounds with the OD and Boost knobs turned up.

- MOSFET Clipping
- Normal Clipping:even more asymmetrical, sweeter, more open, no "blanket" over the sound.

Seriously impressive demo and amazing tone. I had the Cacti and then bought a Fulltone, but actually it was one of the pedals I regret selling as it was amazing for the price.

I have just ordered one for £25 on ebay for clean channel break up and I'll keep my Budda Zenman OD Boost (also excellent value) for boosting the crunch and hi-gain channels on my Boogie Nomad. Excellent demo - thanks

Hello, is the pedal noisy at 3/4 gain and volume? You see it better than caline orange burst, vintage joyo overdrive, pure sky? How about pushing the saturation of a tube amp?

Enjoyed the blues playing demo...not much of a pedal review though.
Are the boost and drive function independent of each other or do you need to have the OD activatet to use the boost. I know the Fulltone isn't independent so that would have been a nice mod/addidtion!

I bought 2 of these pedals did you notice when switched on no big pop and the lights stand out on the pedal board in a dark stage. Ok Dame that backing track and playing just pours out for more. Yes a Mesa Lonestar yum! played with a fender strat and greater player was this about the pedal oH! yes for the price I have i know have 5 and now and again will give away one pedal to encourage young players to keep playing guitar. Awesome man just my style to a T.

How do you think this fares against a Tubescreamer? Was thinking of getting either, but this one seems more versatile.
This pedal is a clone of "Fulldrive 2 Mosfet" by Fulltone. Very great.
Which is why I'm considering this pedal over the tubescreamer clones. Because they both offer the vintage sounding OD in after. But this one costs more than half of a TS clone, but is also more versatile. So I'm kinda in between now haha
***** I just bought one and recieved it two days ago. It's better than I expected! The only problem I have is that the volume is really soft on the vintage standard mode. Does yours have the same problem?

I tried one of these and hated it sorry to say. Some of the switch positions did nothing and all I seemed to get was a light tube screamer sound or a compressed fuzz. It would be nice if the boost was independent as well like a DC Drive. That said I like your demos.

I found the same issue until i found that the drive is very dependent on the level knob.

you will need an adapter but when you buy one you get a adapter cable for a battery.

I own the Cacti and the Sweet Baby. The Cacti will give you several more choices for dirt and boost. I was not blown away by either pedal but i use both at times. Not a throw away but ... they are inexpensive.

jcows12 each setting is EQ'd differently.
Those knobs are there for you to dial in tones, not just to look at lol.

Caline Orange is a BB Preamp clone, the Cacti is a Fulltone Full-Drive 2 clone. They sound totally different as overdrives. They are so cheap I recommend you do as me and buy both! 😊

It sounds wonderful!!! However it annoys me that it is a blatant copy of the Fulltone Fulldrive :/ I mean if they actually made a new circuit and started from scratch like other companies it'd be cool, but they haven't even bothered changing the name of the settings... It just kinda makes me feel a little annoyed
thomguls I have both pedals. The original Fulltone and Caline CP-20. They sound is very differently.
I prefer the Caline. Fulldrive is too Bright and saturation is too aggressive.

The tone is in those fingers not in that pedal. End of story!!!

Get back to watching Guitar Mag Videos, caveman....People get upset when cheap pedals wipe the floor with older shitty 'Vintage' pedals with crap electronics, yeah as a Collector I understand some older Pedals are special but you need to get up to date and stop living in a nostalgic dream that doesn't exist....
Hiw exactly does one go about creating overdrive or distortion with their fingers? I'd love to know. I could save hundreds on useless pedals.
