Hi Mr Scott ! I´d like to ask about Parking break. I'm from Brazil and looking for information and how to adjust brakes, I came to your channel. I would like to know how to adjust the parking brake, my quadricycle has a loose brake, when I press it it still moves. Thanks!!
Hej Scott - it's really nice job. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us. But I have a question. Going out with your quad, you will get the shields dirty at the first mud. So do you suggest taking the calipers apart after each ride?
I take them apart after each “mud” ride. A friend of mine doesn’t and goes through 2-3 sets of pads /yr. At 300/set that’s nuts just for an hours cleaning! If I just go on the rail trail or just a trail ride with the wife where there’s minimal mud/water I do not take them apart.
I’m trying to change my calipers for both FR/FL, but my break fluid is not going down after pumps from the master cylinder container, and there is no fluid coming out went I tried to unscrew the “do not touch “ screw in you video, did I miss anything?
By the way, great video!!
