A copper climbed up to the roof and had to get back down when the guy pointed his gun at him. When the bodycam footage was released we found out that he legged it and apparently didn't tell anyone he was there because they spend forever talking to eachother trying to figure out where he was. By then the counter sniper got him. Communication was a joke.

There was a case in Ireland not so long ago where the murderer was obviously guilty. I mean they found cells from his scratched face under the victim's nails, clear CCTV footage and cell phone data putting him at the scene, evidence in his home, etc. It was absolutely clear that he was guilty as hell. He pleaded not guilty, so there had to be a trial. Of course he was found guilty. His barrister knew as well as everyone else that he was guilty, so the argument that he might have been innocent despite appearances doesn't hold here. The barrister defended him because everyone has the right to a defence, but I wish just one barrister would come straight out and say, "Yes, I knew my client was guilty." I have yet to hear it.
From audio I've heard it sounded like whilst the SS were discussing about evacuation, Trumps mic was still live and he was saying he needs to get his speech notes before they leave. I think Former Presidents are Mr. Pen is an open carry state. The gun mentality in the US is insane. A book can and probably should be written on it. No sense in calling the police for someone carrying a gun in an open carry state. It is not illegal. However; during a rally for Presidency you would think persons would be concerned and it has been stated some were. But it isnt illegal. The police have no rights. But then one would think that there would be rules against guns at certain events. But to have rules could be taken as restriction of persons rights for a gun. And that could lose votes. So it may not have been a rule. So was there a no gun rule at this event. If not to have a gun in and of itself is not illegal. And that I would think is a problem for security.
Reminds me of the previous Taiwan President Chen Shui Bian, he won his second term after someone made an attempt on his life. He went on to win the re-election and demolished his competitor… personally, looks so contrived. Good luck USA, and good luck world.

All this legal aid must pay hugely!!
The thing is in America you can't rule anything out, just look at the JFK assassination and how they still try to say it was one shooter as in Oswald. This shooter wasn't just in a random position, it was in a line-of-sight position which would clearly be a priority location and would be monitored by the Secret Service constantly. The question is why did local Police not apprehend or shoot the guy when he was pointed out by bystanders. It is Matt Carricker a really nice guy with a lovely family from Texas who made the T-shirt the shooter was wearing who has a UA-cam channel called Demolition Ranch as well as others and he has already put out a video saying he had no association with the shooter and that he denounces this violence and does not discuss any politics on his channels.

They outlined how, though Secret Service work with SWAT & the Local PD, they don't micro-manage them or 'take over' the operation in it's entirety.
Due to this, the rooftop somehow fell through the gaps of those 3 services ☹️
The secret service themselves said in an interview that that rooftop was not covered because they though it was too slope to stand there...they were in charge of the layout of security and they had the authority to stop this. They don't micro-manage but they have an agent with the other service for quick communication.
@@end_of_the_world-v8gand their snipers were set up on a roof with a greater slant. And we often see the snipers standing on the portico roof of the White House…really big slant. Soooo..methinks the Secret Service director is trying to find an excuse.
I did some work on the South Lodge in Horsham a few years ago. There was a summit scheduled to be held there just before Obama was elected. The secret service were all over the place, and that was a week before the great and the good were due to arrive. Presumably checking the place out in advance.
Major security lapse. But why?? How can a security service be this incompetent?
Because they were told. Like with JFK, it's obvious that it's a deep state set up.
They can’t….
Interesting, thank you. While I expect there probably are conspiracies around, I generally tend more towards the cock-up theory for most things.
They missed it out because they didn't expect it
Lawyers are so interesting. My son is a lawyer and he’s a history expert as well.
The "Mr President" etiquette thing reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where the conductor insists that everyone always calls him 'Maestro'
Thanks guys!

It makes you think that if a person has a one in a million or higher odds of getting such a close call, how many others must be prevented doing anything similar. A huge job to protect anyone so important and contentious. A very strange situation.

Easy to follow the title etiquete. Fox New still calls Newt Gingrich Mr. Speaker, and Rudy Mr Mayor, and Nikki Haley madame ambassador (to the UN under 45)
There was a case in Ireland not so long ago where the murderer was obviously guilty.

I heard from one report that Donald is hard to control during these public events, he is kind of a wild card?????? has any one else heard this.???
No
From audio I've heard it sounded like whilst the SS were discussing about evacuation, Trumps mic was still live and he was saying he needs to get his speech notes before they leave. Crazy or 100% on the ball despite being shot? Can't imagine how the 'other guy' would have behaved given similar, probably would have needed a nappy change.
@lucielu223. Let’s not try to make it DT’s fault?
"Never attribute malice to that that can be attributed to incompetence". Just watching the PSD react (with three overweight short women) showed how bad they were.
A cliché with no probabilistic validity.

Oh it happened alright,
The question is How in the hell.
lovely spot! interesting discussion. thank you
Beautiful place!!! Thank you.
Reminds me of the previous Taiwan President Chen Shui Bian, he won his second term after someone made an attempt on his life. He went on to win the re-election and demolished his competitor… personally, looks so contrived. Good luck USA, and good luck world.
Major lapse in security without a doubt
I posted a comment/opinion on another UA-cam video. Suggesting the possibility that the shooter was sanctioned by Trumps opposition?
The comment was removed without an explanation.
How does that saying go about taking flack?
..."You always take the heaviest flack when you're directly over the target!"... 😉
They sanctioned him in the sense they knew he was there and didn’t stop him until it was too late
Former cia Larry Johnson has interesting views on this. Its either gross incompetence or a man or men were helped by three letter agencies. President Truman said on leaving office about the powers these agencies had, having set up the CIA, saying he would never of set it up, knowing what it had become.
NOT 400 yards. 400 FEET.
Huge difference.

Beautiful location!!
Im not sure it was a conspiracy. If you watch Popcorned Planet, Andy has a retired professional sniper who has guarded vips on there. He says the marksmen should NEVER been allowed to sit on the roof if people were doing their jobs properly. Watch it guys. Its fascinating. Lovely guy too. X

Don't forget that she says a health and safety survey said the roof was sloped so they didn't post people on it. It's madness at face value, even madder when you see the slop was only 5 degrees 😂😂 What sort of circles do you mix in whereby someone is offered £40,000 to move out for a week and they say no?? All this legal aid must pay hugely!!
The distance was estimated to be about 120 yards, close to 400 feet.
In these times when EVERYTHING is a "conspiracy" I might believe this one. I realize it takes time to scramble your assets but...
The kid also had a 12 ft Home Depot ladder.
Who and when was that laid between the two buildings??

It was only about 400 FEET from President Trump.
Apparently this guy was 150 yards away yet the authorities have said that the shot travelled 480 yards. Maybe they mean feet but who knows.
Criminy, with all those agencies and all the news media you'd think they'd be able to get something that simple straight! I just tried to Google it and a million things come up and none of them are the distance to that Barn!😮
Please show some respect for President Jimmy Carter. No need to be glib.
