Looks like the Simsonns now sell as Pro Plus and have changed elastomers to almost the same as the UT/Ultimate. They now have the 80 and 90 green and blue ones, but come with the reds installed. Very good and funny that these two companies really improve each other every few months. Edit: Looks like they have beefed up the load cell mounting plates as well
I actually prefer the red with the yellow spring. It gives great sports car feel without being overly hard. I have been into these pedals for months now looking for them and i really like that from Generation to Generation they get something new (Colors, Elastomers, new Mounting, Controller Box, etc.) even if its just a „china product“ this is some of the fastest and most useful product development I’ve ever seen👀
Let me know if you ever want to review ours. We are manufactured by Simjack but have in-house quality control. I personally adjust and make changes to the pedal for better overall performance.
I have the Simrui to pedals, updated to the latest version with bearings and the new control box with the new software, in my opinion they are now top quality, they have no play and the software is very good, they also have the largest diameter elastomers, recommended buy if you find them at better price than the simjack
£15 difference between the 2 currently. I got my Simsonn Pro before the UT's came out. If buying now, yes, I'd probably pay the extra £15 for the Simjacks but I'm not unhappy with the Simsonn pedals at all.
I was trying to decide between these pedals since the simmson are $20 cheaper than the simjacks, but between the EMI issues and the inferior rubbers on the simmsons I decided to go with the simjacks. Thanks!
There's Simruito pedals. And they have thicker metal plate on brake pedal as well. I just bought 3 pedals from them WITH metal plates for 110$, it's like stupid cheap now during aliexpress event with all discounts and promo codes. So now, as far as I can tell, Simjacks are the best on ali quality wise, they have more thicker plates and maybe better elastomers. Simruito is at second quality wise. Price\Quality wise they're by far on the first place. And Simsonn on third because of same elastomers and thin metal plates on brake pedal. That metal plate is kinda big deal, because a lot of people had problem with that plate bending on stiff brake in early simjacks. But. Simruito pedals are like 1\2-1\3 of simjacks price. So you can buy 3 simjack pedals OR you can buy 3 simruito pedals + metal baseplate + Heusinkveld Elastomer Kit with definitely "the best" elastomers and still have 100$ to spare. And if you add like 70$, you can go for simagic haptics for 2 pedals(on ali as well) Here's what I paid. Simruito pedals with baseplate 110$, simagic haptics 165$(2 reactors+control box), for simagic you need psu, but I prefer to diy here with much better meanwell psu for like 20$ (24V 3A), Heusinkveld Elastomer Kit like 30 euro. 110 + 165 + 20 + 30=325. So much stuff for so low price it's not even funny.
You're forgetting the Heusinkveld Ultimate clones. They even come with the same Mavin brand loadcells and German Fibro brand elastomers as the Ultimates. They are a true clone of the Ultimates. They've also been around for years (on AE, EB, etc.) like the other pedals but it seems people only talk about Sim Jack, Simsonn, and SimRuito. I think, technically, they're DT Sim Racing or SimDT or something like that but the listings often don't mention it. I purchased them a couple years back (in black). I also purchased the Heusinkveld Ultimate+ upgrade kit. I then purchased the MRP HE Ultimate+ Brake Spring Upgrade Kit as well as the HRS Big Foot Series HE Ultimate pedal pads.
Would've been nice if this video was out a week ago 🤣🤣 I just got my Simsonn Pros today spent the whole evening trying to get them to feel good, still tweaking with it.

You clearly lack an understanding of these things. Never mind, I'm not here to argue with you, or even justify my years of experience reviewing sim racing hardware.
There's a new SIMSONN PRO X Pedal available now, an upgrade from SIMSONN PRO, comments from Reddit - 4mm pedal faces (not 3mm) - RGB strips (base strip + strip on each pedal) - New connector box + cpu upgrade(?) + software to control RGB. Probably EMI resistant box with no ground wire required. - New design Larger brake hydraulic rod with 8 gears for tuning resistance, on all purchase options by default. Can no longer buy 3x smaller ones, only 2x to add to clutch/accelerator
Unfortunately, I can't predict the future, a review is based on what I have in front of me at the time. And making a broad statement that I change my opinion on a monthly basis is objectively false, dude!
@@SimRacingCorner Yeah that's fair. I'm a little disappointed I got the simsonns ngl. I especially like that you can change the pedal plate height on those newer simjacks. It confused me that wasn't adjustable on the simsonns.
Don't forget these are the UT ones and not the previous PRO ones - UTs have bearings rather than a rod with brass washer, thicker plates on load cells and a few other things, maybe that was enough to inch it ahead of simsonn. Oh well i've a UT set that arrived this morning so can't wait to try them out.
Dude, lighten up. Clearly he is a detail oriented person who looks at products with a very critical eye. As he said, he can't predict product development or how an untested product will compare to one currently in his possession. Criticism like your is totally unnecessary and tends to dissuade reviewers who do great work on our behalf, to give us useful info for our purchasing choices. Sucks you got a bit caught behind here, but the product you bought is exactly the same one you decided to buy, so there's no reason to get pissy with him when something better comes along.
The Simsonn pedals have brass bushings, the SimJack have plastic bushings. Use these for awhile and you will see the Simjack pedals start to wobble side to side The Simmons pedals stay solid.

Hello cute, little simcat
This dude changes his opinions on a monthly basis so take it with a grain of salt.
Use these for awhile and you will see the Simjack pedals start to wobble side to side
The Simmons pedals stay solid.
Wow, that's a lot of misinformation right there.
