I can't explain how happy seeing this video pop-up in my subscriptions made me. I started ArtWOD in the beginning of April after chancing upon it through the Proko video. The concept of mastering primitives in perspective, then sequentially manipulating them into more complex shapes whilst still practicing their application in combinations with each other to create three dimensional art is so simple and obvious that it's ironically genius in it's application. As a weight lifter of almost a decade this approach of honing mindful and dedicated repetitions to master this skill of form is perfect for my learning style.
Rembert's art is so reflective of this outcome and mindset of stellar draftsmanship and he's a huge inspiration for the type of art I'd one day like to make. I plan to take my sweet time with ArtWOD's beginner course (atleast a decade) so I can come out of it with as close to an intuitive understanding of any form in any perspective, such that applying it towards the art I want to make would be a matter of finding my creative voice, rather than being held back by technical skill.
I truly believe artists like Rembert, Antonio, and the ArtWOD team are going to redefine art education for beginners. They're paving a path to mastery in concept art and draftsmanship that's both efficient and enjoyable, especially through their unique drawing drills, for those who put the work in. Thank you very much for the stellar quality you've provided!

Loving this video, thanks so much for making it.
Taking a stab at the question about the pots and ladles at about the 25:00 min mark, I think they're for washing your hands. It's part of Shinto tradition. You wash your hands in a particular way and then clap and bow twice before entering through the shoji gates.
Happy to be corrected. I love all thungs Japanese but have never been there, I just half remember this from a Shinto documentary I saw once 😂❤
