A piece of black electrical tape over that gen light will git er dun.
I like it!
It looks like it needs a voltage regulator. They are external
I think the light is on because it's over charging. If and when the voltage regulator fails, the battery usually blows up. 💣🧨🔥
Danger Will Robinson !
YO P TANG90 WERE IS SLICK50
I was fixing to say the same thing
Love these older small trucks. Wish they were still being made today. We need them.
"If Bill says it will seal it will seal" sticker.... Lol
I’ve taken your advice “sitting on your butt won’t finish your projects” so I started tearing down a 46re transmission for a rebuild. You’ve been an inspiration for me to start working on my project vehicles again
Ive just took the easy way and decided I have no more projects
Everytime puddin says that I do actually go "ya'll right!! N I get up n go
hey I just exploded a 46re!
Discovering this channel had the same affect on me!
Check Horsetorque diesel for build on 46 re
That was hilarious when you realized the trailer wasn't connected.
the evolution of this channel has been fun to watch, the 2nd channel is a bonus must see
Webers are wonderful. It's nice to see Slick smiling at your generosity. If you took the time to measure both the shaft and the inner diameter of your clutch pedal, maybe you could find a nice brass insert. The trailer needs a longer tongue, 2 feet or so.
the trailer coming off brilliant!! made my day🤣
Hot Damn! Puddin Tang puttin in some work makin that Luv run like a sewing machine! That Bane electrical tape got me!!!
Puddin, the smile on Slick's face is priceless. Thanks for showing people that new and expensive isn't better sometimes, and how sometimes cheap will make you happy.
what a big heart you have not only give the rig to slick but makin sure its safe to drive ,just love kind people like you ONYA
Awesome. My first truck was a LUV. I was a work of art too and she ran good
You dont know how much your videos cheer me up after a long crappy Monday at work. Thank you for your hard work and putting out consistently great videos. Loving the 2nd channel!
I agree with you, rough day at work l come home and click on Puddins Fab yard🤣in just a couple of minutes l am laughing and feeling a lot more relaxed
Especally on standard time when it's all dark and dreary.
All your content on both channels are the first-to-watch. Puddn deserves a million subscribers!
I love videos like this. Two friends having fun is hard to find
Man!…oh Man! Here we go again! Should be a T-shirt!
Agreed! 💯
Had me crying when the trailer came off, the zooms just topped it off 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Monday night and its puddin time love all your builds on the different vehicles and I still love your sense of humor
I swear it only took 2 days to get my shirts I ordered! Talk about great service! 😁👍
I had the same experience
The perfect thing to cheer me up on a sick day, a new puddin upload!
My son broght home a nasty bug. I'm in the same boat as you. Hope you feel better soon.
Feel better!
@@trythinking6676 Thank you!
@@PuddinsFabShop Thanks puddin!
Im on day 3 of covid todays the first day i can watch tv.
i know Slick 50 is busy sometimes but i enjoy having him on the channel seems like a pretty dope dude.
I really enjoy the second channel it’s definitely worth a watch!
you should be in the next danger ranger event that cleetus hosts. You racing with all the guys would be fun to watch.
Ain't nothing like a little puddin on Monday. Love both channels. Gary From West Virginia
Don't you worry puddin I watch them all sometimes twice you tell the misses happy birthday and God bless
Man he took off and the trailer said nah not this time had me rolling 😂
There is nothing wrong with the way you build things Puddin. I like how you do things. You improvise with the things you know will work. I love watching your videos buddy. Keep them coming Puddin. 😉👌
Absolutely love how well that truck runs with the Weber on. Hauls butt.
Puddin Tang and Sir Morticus always bookend a good but kinda chilly Monday!
Gotta "LUV" an ISUZU, Puddin'!
I might try the Weber Conversion on my 90 P'up if it works for you.
Great Stuff! 🖖🏾👩🏾
Thank you for the best entertainment with schoolin mixed in! I appreciate it.
In 1979, I was in the 11th grade, I drove back then, a 1969 Opel Kadett Wagon, Made in Germany with a 1600CC 4 cylinder engine and a manual 4 speed transmission. Best damn car i've ever owned....
You and slick 50 should do more videos together. You guys laughing and makin jokes is awesome
Carburetor did it, Really runs good! Always Love watching Puddin Fab Shop makes my day! Love 3 day's a week too!!
I am really stoked on these two latest projects.
Greetings from Canada, can't get enough of your channels. You and your family and friends are fun to watch because you are all just down to earth good people. I'm looking forward to seeing more videos. Hope you will be showing us some shots of your new home. Maybe one day you and your family will come for a tour of the great white north.
Got a friend that is into the Luvs. He's been putting 350 small blocks in them for years; and let me tell you, they are scary to ride in.
They are all souped up with everything, but still kinda sleeper style.
That Luv truck is coming along nicely. With a good engine and transmission a little TLC should make a very good truck. Had to laugh at the trailer coming off during your speed test, but it works like a champion. That 59 International looks good with those white walls lean against the truck, very good choice for it.
Looking for one of these trucks for saving on gas. I'm old enough to remember when that truck was new. Keep up with the awesome content.
Just realized that yaw r sneaking up to 200k... Love seeing your channel is growing in leaps and bounds!! Love Mondays so I can take a take a break of working on my junk!! Lol
I had 2 of those Luvs for delivery vehicles for my parts house. The best rigs that I had, Great content.
Great job! I’m sure Slick will have fun with it!
The best part of this channel is how genuinely goddammed happy he is driving a rig around his backyard. Hope he never loses that "tickled pink" attitude!
Put a Puddin’s Fab Shop sticker on my car and my MPG went up 22%.
Little blue truck is coming along nicely. I'm subscribed to both channels and watch all the videos as they come out, enjoy them all! 👍🏻
I thought I heard Puddin say they were gonna name it "Puppy Luv" The way those two were giggling.... 🤣🤣 8 out of 11 times !
😂😂
😊yay for Slick and that gorgeous smile! Great job getting that old rig back to life.
The first truck I had was a 1980 luv, I bought it on eBay in 2002 for $167.50. I drove it home at its terminal velocity of 50mph. Rusted floorboards, broken seat and seat belts, inoperable just about everything. It was a great truck…. But eventually I upgraded to a $600 ranger.
I know you are super busy, but I hope you can find time to fit in a Puddin's park it and market sometime soon. Thank you for the content you provide for us on both channels!
Hey Puddin 👋, great video on the luv. That carb was just the thing to make it run. But that auto dump trailer had me cracking up. Thanks Puddin for all that you do for your channel. Have a great evening ✌️
HOT DAMN!! He finally posted! We're having fun now, buddy.
I can't lie--the sleeve modification on that wobbly clutch pedal was expert!!! Good work, Puddin!!!
Since it's Slick 50 now, should it be the LUV 50?
Puddin it’s always a good time watching your videos man. Can't wait to see more videos soon. Can't wait to see more on your builds. Keep up the great craftsmanship and hard work my friend. Fab On. Weld On. Keep Making. God bless.
Belectrical tape is my favorite. It stretches so you can tighten it, It's strong so you can bind stout stuff, it doesn't rot as fast as you know which tape, and it doesn't leave a mucky mess as bad either. Plus, as Paul says in the comments, you can cover warning lights with it. I would definitely say though, that over 16V is too hot for the system.
Man the first time you lost the trailer had me rolling! 🤣🤣🤣
What a sweet little truck!
Happy belated to your better half, thanks for the great video as always 🎉
Man seeing Slick cheesin like a rat when he got in the LuvTap was priceless. The chemistry between you two is great, really enjly seeing you fellas just bsin and having a good ole time. Looking forward to the new merch too, pretty bad when most of the shirts I wear now are PFS. That's all right. I'll rep it with pride. As for the second channel. I never miss a vid. Love the extra content. Helps get me through till the next Monday. Keep up the great work and thanks for all you do for us.
I needed some puddin education, on this Monday situation
A big fat bowl and an hour of Puddin should top off my Monday just right.
I wait every week for the new upload love the vids, you put lot of work into all this and it means a lot man appreciate it
A nice house for the wife and a pond for the kids ...pretty good life goal in my opinion.
The Gen Light could be one of a few things. 1. The voltage reg is bad, usually happens when you change alternator without changing regulator. 2. The batt wires/terminals are bad/poor grounds. 3. Someone mixed up some wires on the alternator. Good Luck Buddy.
All the mini trucks you have the rescue mission is working saving all the trucks from death. I hope you guys build a beautiful new home you deserve it
Love the Chevy Luv, first driving experience of my life was starting my mothers Luv when in gear and launch it into the living room wall of our apartment.
Happy birthday to the wife! Little luv is comin rite along. Can’t wait to see it fixed up
Im sure Puddin knows that every tool is a hammer at one end!!
Monday doesn’t suck with a little Puddin in your day.
Needs a new regulator.
You don’t want much over a max of 14.5 volts.
You see 16 and that can damage other electronics and for sure bulbs!
My first truck was a 1972 LUV. Bought new 4 on floor. Top speed 97mph. You know when your 16 you run the he'll out of it. Wrecked it twice...I could sit in driver's seat and rest both elbows out the windows. Well the body shop fixed it and off again. $2500.00 brand new. What deal in 1972.
The trailer coming off the truck had me 😂😂😂😂. Great video man.
Puddin I have autism and your videos help me I’m always excited to see new videos thank you
Take care.
@@tjakr3869 thank you
Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoy them!
If your paint won't dry fast enough you can always hit it with the heat gun. Too much heat will bubble it up though so be careful
Well once again I am really impressed . You have taken a non-running truck and transformed it into the future slick50 and trailer delivery truck. Maybe put a grill and a big cooler in the trailer, so when you go to the beach ,you can have all your cook out stuff handy, Another great video.
Man that thing runs well, Slick had the biggest smile on his face as he was ripping around the backyard you can tell he wants to get that “Shop Truck” on the road. And I was watching Mortske the other day and he was working on an International Scout, and he was having some minor issues and all I could think was you oughta call up Puddin cause he’s not only the Datsun king he knows his way around the International’s as well. Hoping you’ll get around to the International mailing soon cause all I can do is look at the merch with envy going man wish he’d be able to send some my way.
Great video Puddin. The best part about your channel is you show your fails and make it funny.
PLEASE get the tow-rolla shirts back in stock Puddin! Along with the others. I wanna make an order but that's the shirt I want! Don't know if anyone else is with me on that, but that's the shirt I want.
If your not watching puddin 2 your only shorting yourself. Stay gold puddinboy
Back in the 80s I rebuilt a motor in one of those Chevy Luv's an the rebuild kit told me that was a Isuzu motor from the factory. I don't know if that was true with them all. You should be able to tell by running the Ven tag. But at any rate great job on the little truck. Enjoyed the show, thks.
That is, by far, the best-sounding Luv I’ve ever heard. Every other one that I’ve heard has had a rod knock. Including the ‘79 4wd Luv that I had as a kid. It went about 8 miles before it spun the #3 rod bearing
Love your quiet attention to detail mate and your dancing here and there always makes me laugh 😃
It just plain brightens my day
The luv tap is coming on well slick must be pleased
Happy birthday miss puddin hope you had a awesome one better make puddin take you out somewhere good as much as you do behind the scenes and raising those kiddo's you deserve it girl sending love to you and your family ❤️
Hey man! Thanks for all your hard work and being a inspiration. I just finished a 28 day treatment program for alcoholism and feeling like a new man! I'm now rewarding myself with a Puddin marathon!
The trailer has a "self ejector" feature. Designed for a quick getaway.
I believe you have all the old light blue mini trucks out there! 😅
Good stuff ! I like that your particular and thorough when doing your projects….even if it’s sort of cobbling 😊
i like seeing bill hi bill by bill 😂
Great job Jello. Lol, you always find a way to get a guy wanting to fix a truck. Your fleets looking good.
This channel is for me Buddy! Letttttttssssss gooooooo!
It's 2AM in the UK and it's time for Pudding!
Happy birthday Puddins wife and best wishes from Columbus Ohio USA ❤️
I literally laughed out loud when that trailer first came off. Love the videos!
I just want to say thank you puddin', after a long day work and coming home to see your video up each Monday makes my week.
Loved the live with Mortske..... Live! With Special Guest Puddin's Fab Shop! AKA Mudflap Matt! You should do it again.
Do yourself a solid and get some deoxit. Spray them connectors, plug them in a few times. Wipe down any debris, re spray it and send it.
Of course she will run. Puddin is working on it !
Love to watch both of your channels Puddin. Also love ur bringing the LUV back to life. 👍👍
down the line you should build a little side by side/ golf cart to run you back and forth from the new house to the shop🤘🏻super stoked for you guys!
I've had a bunch of them luv trucks and everyone I've had I've had to fabricate a clutch pedal. The bracket gets rusty and causes the metal to get thin. Then after a while from pushing the clutch in it will get the bending back and forth effect and then break off. So you might want to weld a plate on the pedal assembly bracket to stiffen it up before that happens. Just a little advice from someone who has done it a couple dozen times back when the luv truck was a common vehicle.
You’ve gone up 130,000 subs since I found you! You’re killing it! 🔥🔥🔥 I actually found you cause of the other LUV you worked on a long time ago! One of these days I’ll get my LUV up and running 😂
“Hell thats okay, sometimes ya just gotta piss in the wind”… honestly thats one of the biggest life lessons ive heard in a while 🤷🏻♂️
