They do,and he asks for permission, and it’s readily given due to the quality of his productions. Can’t wait for the Orlando/Tampa construction! More videos to com.
I remember 25+ years ago when I used to live down the road in Kissimmee, this whole area was just fields and swamps.......I'm glad you're documenting all of this.
Its so cool seeing the Brightline train out on CSX lines and vice versa. Really cool to capture this. Too bad they couldnt get delivered under their own power.
I had heard that Briteline had one of those "Buy 2 Loco's and we'll throw in a 3rd one for Free!" coupons.🤔👍 PS: Your video is so incredibly clear that I feel like I'm watching a BeamNG trains video!😅👍
Great to see these trainsets delivered via railroad. In UK we have the lunacy of some Hitachi trainsets hauled from rail connected ports by road haulage!
Yeah. Sadly, you Europeans don’t have anything close to America’s freight rail network, so almost all of your freight tends to move by road. We’re relatively lucky in that our rail network has always been privately owned and it is also much more heavily built than anything in Europe, so our freight mode share is much better than anything on your side of the pond. Hopefully, Brightline will bring that same level of vibrancy to our passenger network, which is unfortunately much worse than anything in Europe.
Well Austin, superlative Drone footage as usual, top shelf job , Brightline has come a LONG way in assembling this top notch service , Florida should be VERY PROUD of this new passenger service! Your work documenting this whole venture, stands ALONE, among the others. KUDO’s ❤
I've lived in Jensen Beach / West Palm Beach for over 45 years and I'm extremely excited by Brightline. It's such a pain to go to Orlando for a day trip to the Springs or Universal or all Orlando has to offer. With Brightline and Uber / Lyft I think it will be great. Add to that going to Marlins games without the traffic and paying for parking and it's just a great thing.
I see that ur really into making it easy for us handicapped people. I'm in a power chair and love to travel by train. Been on other trains, so I'm excited to travel on Brightline. 😂
That's all Brightline delivery sets and final completion complete. WOW 😲!!! That's all sets and final!! Thank you 😊 for Union Pacific Railroad and CSX! Thank you for all!!!!
I have followed your channel from since the very beginning of the Brightline expansion. This is really great to see after all this waiting. It was worth to see all video's until now.
Was trying to see if I have caught that CSX locomotive before. Closest is 6416, 2 off. Great video and I hope all this construction ends soon so I can go railfan it lol!
All of Brightline's detractors, particularly retired AA CEO Robert Crandel, have suddenly gone very quiet as the passenger rail operator ramps up whilst preparing for the launch of service to MCO in mid-2023. This service, which is long overdue, will hopefully convince car crazy Floridians to abandon their motor vehicles for environmentaly friendly rail service.
Thank you for your work with these videos; I'm a regular viewer watching on from Australia. Does Brightline have any other motive power on hand to move cars/sets around the Basecamp such as a road rail Trackmobile?
I assume the Cafe/Bistro cars will come as a separate move later in 2023. When I spoke with Brightline a few years ago, they mentioned that will be a part of the Orlando addition.
I recall, maybe more than a year ago, on a video you indicated Brightline eventually would plan to operate trains with up to ten cars. However, as of now, they only got 4-car train sets. Did they abandon the idea of longer trains? Or will they couple two train sets back to back to an eight-car consist when demand is high? When I rode Brightline, the train was not sold out, though on smart service class most seats were taken. However, on a four-hour ride like from Orlando to Miami, meal service or even a real dining car surely would be appreciated by a lot of passengers, I assume. That would be an opportunity where they could make a difference to a flight from MIA to MCO in a cramped 737 with getting nothing but a tiny cup of soda and a cookie.
Does anyone ride inside the Siemens Brightline train set during its transportation from Sacramento to Orlando? If so, then The Roaming Railfan should go along and record the cross-country trip from inside of the Siemens Brightline train.
@@RoamingRailfan I mean even before the train crossed the road at the beginning. If trains should become a competitive method of transportation they should move at higher speeds everywhere to improve efficiency. In the video it looked like it was walking speed/2
Yes, @RoamingRailfan documents the progress of the expansion and this is when Bright Orange 2 is being delivered. He just reports on the latest big thing that is happening.
Is there a reason brightline chose not to get cab cars for their trains? 2 locomotives seems excessive for a 4 car train and cuts down on the seating capacity.
BrightLine certainly understands the value of good public relations by letting you close to film it all.
They do,and he asks for permission, and it’s readily given due to the quality of his productions. Can’t wait for the Orlando/Tampa construction! More videos to com.
It’s great PR and they don’t have to pay for it.
Brightline and Florida showing the rest of the country how it’s done.
Nice 👍

Another excellent and professionally done RR video. Thanks for documenting all of the Brightline activity down in FL for us!
Its so cool seeing the Brightline train out on CSX lines and vice versa. Really cool to capture this. Too bad they couldnt get delivered under their own power.
That is the cleanest rail yard I have ever seen!!
It’s really getting exciting. Thanks for the update. 👍👍
Impressive facility
I'm shaking so bad with excitement I can't wait to start traveling to Orlando with brightline

I got to see this train come thought my hometown up in Kentucky. And it cool to finally see them in Orlando where I fly to a lot

I don't find this kind of coverage anywhere else. He IS doing an OUTSTANDING job
This is all getting so close now!
❤😊
Keep up the great work as always. Amazing videographey.

i saw this video months back, but this is the first video i seen of yours. always love the update. you should ride on one of the trains some day

Very nice video !
YEA BABY, BRIGHTLINE!!!!!
Wow!
I caught that exact set! In the Midwest!
Great job with the drone 🎉
That's all Brightline delivery sets and final completion complete. WOW 😲!!! That's all sets and final!! Thank you 😊 for Union Pacific Railroad and CSX! Thank you for all!!!!
Thank you so much-Wonderful Video-Live in Memphis TN, and we need Brightline all over the USA
One more step closer :)
cant wait to see inside the building what do they use for compressed air
well done!
Excellent, looking forward to seeing more

Gotta have a train wash system during lovebug season 🙂
love this cool video. also the music. as i play it on my organ. from bac to rock
You do excellent work sir!! 👏

3:41 That’s what I thought. I believe you mentioned that spare locomotive in one of your first videos focusing on the Orlando maintenance facility.
Remarkable access!! 😮
Thanks again for the great video.
More choo choo power!
Nice! Did you have to reupload this video? It seems like the video you posted yesterday.
Needed to make a few changes
Nice Bright Orange
Not much fanfare with this delivery. But the drone shots make this worth wild.
Will this spur and turnout be kept in service, or will it be removed like the one that was used to deliver rail east of Orlando?
This one will remain. Its existence is why the other can be removed.
I greatly appreciate the fact that you mentioned Orlando runways 36 as left and right now. Thank you my friend :)

Just their locomotives
You are not the only viewer from Oz. We are located in Menindee NSW 2879.
Nice easy going music
What happen yesterday? I was half way watching and it totally cut off and said private!
Needed to make a few changes
If locomotive 121 needs to be used to replace one that is taken out of service is there a place to turn it if it is facing the wrong direction?
They have a wye they can turn it around on
I assume the Cafe/Bistro cars will come as a separate move later in 2023. When I spoke with Brightline a few years ago, they mentioned that will be a part of the Orlando addition.
Those will come someday but no time in the immediate future

Service will begin with 4 car trains and expand in the future as demand necessitates
How to they turn the spare locomotive around to put it on the front or the rear of the train?
They have a wye they can turn it around on
Aren't we going to see other locomotives when fuel and parts deliveries are made?
All that is trucked in so no
Why did they only fuel just the first engine?
CSX crew was short on time plus since it was a Saturday morning there was only a limited staff on hand. They’ll refuel the rest at another time.
Does anyone ride inside the Siemens Brightline train set during its transportation from Sacramento to Orlando?
If so, then The Roaming Railfan should go along and record the cross-country trip from inside of the Siemens Brightline train.
No one was onboard
Did anyone else wave to the CSX as it left?
are there any plans to electrify this corridor and trains in the ( hopefully near) future???
No plans at all.
Why are the trains moving soooo slowly there?
It’s a yard so all movements have to be done at restricted speed.
@@RoamingRailfan I mean even before the train crossed the road at the beginning.
If trains should become a competitive method of transportation they should move at higher speeds everywhere to improve efficiency. In the video it looked like it was walking speed/2
It is a low speed branch line as it is, plus they had to stop to throw the turnout
You got permission from brightline to overfly their property? How did they restrict you movement in air?
They invited me and gave me full access, my only restrictions were the FAA airspace restrictions.
Was 90% fabricated, yeah I'm outta here.
Fabricated? I just record the process as it happens. Nothing was made up or “set up” for this video.
Yes, @RoamingRailfan documents the progress of the expansion and this is when Bright Orange 2 is being delivered. He just reports on the latest big thing that is happening.
I'm pretty sure the train was 100% fabricated. That's why they're delivering it.
Is there a reason brightline chose not to get cab cars for their trains? 2 locomotives seems excessive for a 4 car train and cuts down on the seating capacity.
Redundancy, plus the trains will expand in the future
