Have you ever seen bristlenose go after crypts and annubius
The Siamese seem to be leaving your plants alone

Bristlenoses in my experience will eat the biofilm on Cryptocoryne and Anubias but they don't damage them when they're healthy. The only plants that I had problem with bristlenoses even if they are healthy are Amazon swords/Echinodorus plants.
